This hotel is located near Ferry Pier to Ko Lan , so you can comfortably travel to Ko Lan after or before stay at this hotel.
The room is well decorated and you can enjoy yourself in large room with small budget. Nice swimming pool view too.
But this hotel is not quite new , and has small car park for large cars.

Nice hotel and decent staff

Nice and clean place, not too far from walking street (5min by baht bus). Good swimming pool. Don't care much for having to enter in a password every time I want to use their WIFI but overall this is a nice place to stay.

The hotel is really nice and a good price. Clean rooms and doesn't charge extra for having a guest. It is about a 5 min ride on a baht bus to get to walking street. Not much going on around it since it's heading towards Jomtien area, but would recommend this place rather than staying at a cheap guest house that is dirty. Go here instead! Has a nice pool as well

The hotel is located in a quiet environment but quite away from the beach. Anyhow, it is relatively nice for family with kids ... away from busy city and nightlife area. Yet, easy to access to them.
Upon checking-in, our rooms were upgraded from 2 Deluxe rooms to Executive Suites 701A and 701B. Anyhow, the staff did not seem to be efficient in terms of finding our bookings. There was no concierge service either. We had to take our luggages to the rooms by ourselves.
Breakfast was kinda average, but better than majority of the hotels with 2-3 stars in Pattaya. Staff in the restaurant were very nice though.

80% is Russian and location a bit far from down to

i've stayed here 3-4 times in the past. the location between pattaya and jomtien beach is great for getting a quick tuk-tuk ride to either venue. staff is friendly, rooms are clean and nicely appointed. free internet and nice little pool. the downsides for me were the noise from the busy road in front and that this hotel is better suited for couples and groups....not the solo traveler. still, one of the better hotels i've stayed in there.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a couple of small bars in the area that could use support and you can actually walk down the main road to the left to reach Walking Street if you don't mind a bit of a stroll. Also some nice Thai kitchens and a Mexican Restaurant down the side streets....just enjoy exploring to find them!

a hotel is a little outside the city center, but its very easy to get a tuk-tuk bus that run frequently. Nice swimming pool. Unfortunatelly no food provided, though seven eleven is just across the road.
