Cheap place, nice interiors.
exterior was not good, the location on the google map is not correct. its a bit far from all the action, not much in breakfast (if your a veggie)
Did not spend much time at the hotel, but its good, if you want to be away from the mess of central pattaya, the
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : if you are coming here form the point of view of sighseeing, you may be dissappointed, if you have been to beaches like the Bondi..

very cheap hotel for those who prefers budget vacation. Very nice staff. Clean rooms.If you like super simple room just for sleep and shower - the hotel is strongly recommended for stay.Hotel located in German area and there are a lot of german bars and live music near.
Very simple standard room (they provide only 1 Hotel provides 1 bath towel per person and a piece of soap. Located in north part of the city 10 min walk from the beach.The beach is very dirty and not recommended for swiming.
When we entered a room we found it is very simple and old fashioned.There was a very small bath room with a hole in the floor and a shower on the wall and a toilet bowl. If you prefer to sleep in silence this hotel is not for since there are lots of bars with a loud music. Breakfast is nice but everyday you will eat the same- american breakfast. But if you like all these things and you look for cheap place to keep your baggage and to sleap - it is a great place to stay.

good breakfast, nice quiet location, nice pool, very cheap
aircon could have been colder
Nice old hotel only 5 minutes by baht bus to all the action. 24 hour shops/bars close by, outside food place over the road does great pork noodle soup for 30 baht. Nice breakfast included. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, extended it twice.
