great location great room great service every day

had great holiday and hotel going back again asap staff very friendly and helpful good pools to laze around rooms done every day and bed sheets changed never had breakfast hours from 7 to 10 bit early for me hotel busy but never heard any disturbance in the month i was there.in fact only booked hotel for one week then stayed on for three more

All OK, no big issues. Breakfast a little disappointing, geared towards the many Indian guests.
For the money the rooms are of a decent size and although old are acceptable. TV is tiny with v.poor reception if you care about that. Shower and bed OK.
This is a Pattaya hotel and guests have a special desk to sign in at which shows it is not uncommon here. Don't think you can escape that if you're going to Pattaya though.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter.

Great location on the Baht bus route .

Value for money hotel .The only downfall was that the wi fi signal was very weak and I could not connect in the bedroom(second floor) or down by the pool.However I was able to connect in the lounge/Reception area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walking Street only a 10 Baht ride away.

Located in Naklua which is in the northern part of Pattaya....quiet area and not centrally located.

this hotel is ugly! it was a big mistake to choose it (we booked it only because our friends lived not far from us and than when our friends went home .do not even think about this hotel if you travel with the child or if you have a family vacation.
wifi is not working in the room, so we had to spent hours seating in the lobby (i had to check my email regularly and so on)
yes, this hotel is cheap, but it is not free.

This hotel looks very nice from the outside - looks like it could have been a 4 or 5 star hotel some 20 years ago. The rooms are very old style, with furniture which looks to be about 20-30 years old. One of the worst things for us was how much noise the aircon made outside our room. When we went to bed there were red spots (looked like blood) on my bed sheets, and when we asked to get it changed they did not have any spare for the cover, so I slept with the cover wth no sheets on. This also led to the discovery that the phone in the room did not work. The breakfast has the bare minimum; pretty much sandwich bread which you can toast and 2 types of jam.
There are so many things they could improve with very little money, but it seems that this is not a priority.
So, all in all, we were happy that we only stayed one night.

know this hotel since 20 years, some staff is the same, clean rooms, renovation ongoing room by room but no disturbance

low budget long term stay possible, you keep your expectations low and you will like this place
