Good value and service with a smile

Service was excellent, we were upgraded to a luxurious 2 bedroom suite. Pool was fabulous and the beach was right beside the establishment. Although most people we noticed were gay at this hotel, we were not and that made no difference to the friendly and professional service we received. Beds were comfy, not too hard like so many other hotels. I was concerned about the fire safety though as we were on the third floor with no fire escape. The windows had bars on them, no fire alarm. The only exit was through the door and down the stairs. Wifi wasn't working in the room when we arrived but they fixed it before we left.

it's a club house face to beach. 1 min away to beach and surrounding is hotel and club house. 5 mins away to 7-11 and those shoplots and night market. alot of nice food around. valuable.

i was on business trip so not much opportunity to look around. the hotel is away from the clubs which is what i wanted. there are hundreds of restaurants and laid back bars within walking distance. i stayed in the penthouse which was on the third floor so pretty quiet, the 2nd floor may be a bit noisy as is right over the hotel entry. there is no view of the ocean because of the trees. the room was clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly.

Real beachside hotel

this hotel really is beachside - from the front door to the beach is around 3 paces! the bar/restaurant is really relaxed and unique - you sit on large mattresses - until you tend to lie back and totally relax - great fun. my room was also really nice - the bathroom was quite different - you need to go there - excellent.

The room is not clean. Not tidy.
However, the decation is special. A romanic hotel. And the staff service is nice.
However, there are too many gay couple in the ground floor. It is not too suitable for normal couple.

As a single traveller, it can get a little lonely at times, I wanted to find an establisment where the people were warm, the drinks were cold and the room was clean and tastefully decorated. I left my previous hotel as I did not initially find this. Coming to the Room club I was delighted by the staff and management ad was UPGRADED to the Penthouse suite, I loved my experience here that much thy are all now my friends and have decided to reside in Pattaya/ Jomtien permanently.Thanks to magagement/staff Dean,Kitty,Lekky and everyone I had a wonderful time!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Come relax in the bed bar, have a cocktail sit back and try not to get to relaxed that you fall asleep this place is fabulous!

Though the hotel is very small, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff is vast and great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's just right next to the Dong Tarn Beach. Lots of fun activities to do around the hotel, too.

Nice small friendly hotel right on the beach. Ask for the room facing the sea with nice size balcony. Stuff is very friendly and attentive. All day breacfast is deffenetly a plus. Not much happening in the arond aria at night, but for me it is what I was looking for.

great little place right in the beach... you can walk from your room right to the water. the rooms are clean and the staff was great - they let us do a late checkout and arranged a car to take us from the hotel back to the airport in bkk...
one caveat the ocean view is difficult because the trees on the public part of the beach obscure most of the view...
overall great little place...
Restaurant Tip:
take a sawngtaw all the way down jomtiem road and at the very end of the road is a great seafood restaurant that has tables on the beach side!
