room was well appointed ; re: tv , air con, balcony and king size bed...cleaning was a inconsistent and not done a daily basis..
Nightlife Tip:
local markets with great local food only 3 minutes walk..

Big room, quiet location, hard to find

Once you find it, it's a good quiet place to stay. My room had one queen-size bed but it could have easily fit one more queen-size. It has a small balcony in the back. It opens to an outdoor hallway. It seems like some of the people staying there are long-term renters. Once you check in, you are kinda on your own until it's time to check out. No problems with the cleaning staff. They were friendly and did a really good job. There is a 24-hour convenience store around the corner. There is a small local market that is about a 5-minute walk away.
It is about a 15-minute walk to the Walking Street area.
My biggest issue with this place is how hard it was to find given the directions (or lack of) from Agoda and/or from Rose House Pattaya on the Agoda Rose House page.
This is a general suggestion for both Agoda and this particular hotel. I hope it is obvious to them (judging from the hotel rates) that this hotel was picked by a budget-minded traveler. With that in mind, directions should be provided for those who do not wish to travel by taxi (i.e. most economical means such as tuktuk, motorbike, jeepneys, or even walking) and for those who do not come from airports (i.e. directions from the bus station). Agoda has a Useful Information section on each hotel page. I suggest detailed directions be placed in that section.

見晴らしは まあまあ
３泊中１回は 部屋掃除をしなかった
まあここは ただ部屋を貸してるだけのゲストハウス と思えば？？
