Renovation is being carried out behind the Convention Center, well away from any of the rooms and would not be visible from any of the sea facing accommodations. Because of the low-rise nature of the project, there will be minimal visual pollution for guests entering and exiting the resort. The work should cause no disturbance to the guests.

Lotst of choices of restaurants seating areas for smokers and non smokers.
Excellent transporation system both around compleax and to the shopping centre / nightlife.
Great room service including nightly towel change and bed making.
Fantastic sea view and room from one of the inexpensive option there.
Due to the exhibiton centre, may cater to a lot of buisness guests and some facilities were closed due to functions.
Expensive food, drink compared to downtown.
Great hotel for those who may not want to venture out much, about 12 restaurants, bars, excellent sport facilies including tennis courts, free bicycles and spa.
Easy access to town, hotel buggy takes you to the road where you can get a tuk tuk for 100 baht. ( Do Bahter.
Would advise if ona budget not to eat drink to much as could be landed with a large bill as everything as 17 % added on.
Good free 1/2 an hour internet service daily.
Location was great inbetween pattya downtown and jomtien beach.
Easy beach access and lovely secluded man made beach where you dont get hassled by sales people.
Overall if you like your hotels big with lots of facilities, if your more into the boutigue style I wouldnt recommend it.
Travel tip : Get the local buggy to the top of the road and oick up a tuk tuk.
Buy large water from the local beach. Costs 30 baht, where hotel costs 180

Service, facilities and food and beverage in keeping with a resort of this quality. Our mini-suite with ocean view was nice enough, but a bit dated in terms of style and offerings. Overall the hotel delivers on expectations. Breakfast buffet is pretty good, nice selection. Pools, beach areas all kept spotless - no annoying hawkers. Our room was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Food throughout the resort was excellent. Prices for food reasonable, beer and other drinks a bit over the top price wise.
Lots of lifts and baby stroller friendly. Check out was a bit messy with big tour group checking out at the same time.
For us, the location was good as we weren't interested in travelling around Pattaya during our short weekend break.
