A beautiful and excellent Hotel

The hotel are great! The hotel are very beautiful. The facilities are very good. There are swimming pool, beach, fitness centre and restaurants in the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
The food and drink are delicious. We enjoy the dinner buffet very much. The service are good.

good view but old hotel

since hotel location is at the hill top, not accessable to downtown. the worst is that some of the facilities are old and not well functioned, eg. in-house phone. we went there during chinese new year holiday, hotel seems out of staff and confusion arise especially in breakfast time.

Service is bad especially the house-keeping. When I reqeusted one more blanket, the house keeper answered in a very cool guesture (black face), seems to be very very unhappy.

Hotel area are spacious but service was not in detailed. Some of the in-house facilities are out of order or not well maintained. For example, water tape was broken. You had to dail to operator to make in-house phone call. The dishes and cups after meal for other hotel guests were placed outside your room door for a long time.

Famous large scaled hotel in Pattaya

big facility many and variety kinds of kids swim pool. good for family stay purpose. not recommend for a couple stay. found there are many bear mattress left on the corridor, very thin sound unproofed wall and floor. in general old conmstruction standard in 20years before. many chinese and indian group guests make noises and it bothers. breakfast has many choices if we to visit early morning, it is peaceful however, peak time like 9:00am, it will become like a battlefield.

it is the fourth time i stayed in this hotel. the price i paid for a seaview mini suite (via agoda) is correct. the breakfast
is excellent and the food served in various restaurants of the hotel is good.
it could be difficult to get to town.you have to wait for a customer coming back to the hotel to get a tuk tuk or a taxi.
however the hotel provides a shuttle bus but only for every 3 or 4 hours and only during the day time

So good that we prolonged the stay 2 days!

very relaxing - every facility at hand and short way to the beach. we therefore missed pattaya - but never mind; we saw the whole city from 19th floor!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do not have to leave the premises! Hotgel complex an attraction in itself!
