Very nice pool and great breakfast, perfect stay if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday It is perfect situated not far from beachroad and all facilites in Pattaya. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast buffe´. For the price I paid I can´t complain on anything. Clean and quiet and perfect if you want to start off the day with a good swim in the big pool. I do recommend this hotel.

Nice big room with all the usual facilities. Rude restaurant / reception staff as the did not seen to appriciate our custom. Rooms were being serviced without schedule sometimes 10am and sometimes as late as 6pm. Stayed once and never again due to the staff not being helpful and not appriciating our custom.

Really nice grounds, good location The rooms (garden villas) are pleasant - they're not amazing. I was really very happy with the hotel - the facilities are well presented, the pools are large, clean and great to be around. The onsite food and beverage is pricey but of average quality. The location is fantastic - right on the edge of the city and on the edge of the beach but perfect to really experience Pattaya's.... exploits. I thought the hotel was fine but the city wasn't my style.
Nightlife Tip : Be on your guard if you are a man walking down the street alone - those women will eat you alive!

Price is not expensive and some staffs are very helpful! It would be better if staffs can speak English. Easier to communicate It seems like it is worth to stay. The room is very comfortable & the ambience was very good. However, some staffs did not seem interested in our arrival that much. Anyway, I still like this hotel. At least, they helped me to take care my stuffs for friends even after I had already checked out

Great price and the room is very clean and big. The staff are very nice and friendly. We had a nice time at the Royal Orchid. The room we stayed was lovely and clean. We will definately recommended it to our friends and also we will stay there again if we visit Pattaya.
The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. It made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is easy to find and not far from the main tourist area.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is not far from the new Central Festival Pattaya shopping mall. There are lots of shops and resturant to choose from.

We had a room by the pool with the Jaccuzi in it and was very nice. Well worth the extra money. Location is very difficult. We had a hire car so it was no inconvienence for us, but it was quite a walk to the main road to get a taxi.
Breakfast where aimed more towards the Asian customers, and western food was nearly always cold, having to ask the staff to heat it up. This is a very quiet Hotel, and aimed more at people who want to have quiet relaxing holiday. If you have the chance to hire a car do so it gives you a lot more freedom, even though there is a small free taxi that goes from the Hotel around six times a day.
We found that some of the staff did not understand English that well, on our first day we asked for an iron and ironing board three times both to reception and also to house keeping. In the end (around 1 hour) we gave up and decided not to bother with the iron. Two days later we where sat around the pool and the sun was quite strong. We called Reception three times to ask for a Parasol to be taken to the pool area, never got them.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try to take the local ferry 20 Baht each way to Coral Island. It is beautiful and the sand is so fine and the sea like a bath. Ferry takes around 40 minutes each way, don't be pressurised by the people trying too sell the fast boats at rediculous prices!

Lovely hotel and good staff As others have wrote the only let down on this place is the food,Very nice staff always there to help, shuttle bus is good an flexible. Rooms on the bottom floor corridor can be very noisy from other guests, but beware of the rooms located nearest the beach as there is a huge building site just behind there

Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet, beautiful surroundings, free shuttle transport into Pattaya, far away from all the debauchery Charged 1000 baht for a cot bed, free shuttle only drops off - doesn't pick you up later The Royal Orchid Resort was a very pleasant experience after being treated poorly.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, with big genuine smiles and always eager to please. This was definitely the highlight of our stay.
While we were there the resort was basically deserted apart from 2 large groups (package tours). The place was very quiet and the pool area was serene, surrounded by beautiful gardens. There were staff constantly attending to the gardens and cleaning the resort and it was of a very high standard.
The only downside was the distance to Pattaya central, which was a 10 minute shuttle ride away. You may have difficulty finding a taxi back, and my fiancee negotiated with small pickup truck drivers to take us back - often at a premium price (150 to 200 baht).
We had a friend stay with us and the hotel charged 1000 baht per night for his cot bed and breakfast. In retrospect, the room was less than this and we would have been better off just getting him his own room!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire a motorbike if you are staying more than one day. They are easy to ride and you will save $$$ on taxis and transport to and from Pattaya central.

- room not clean
- mini bar not clean I checked in late that is why i got dirty room. The floor is not clean. The mini bar is not clean. We requested 1 double bed but the bed we got is 2 single beds connected together. In the room, smell is not good I cannot explain how was it. There is internet service at lobby but it is charge per hour. Lastly, the room keeper/maid is very rude.
Hotel Feature Tip : HR need to renovate your resources, especially maid.

big corner room with smiley staffs. dirty, housekeeping did not clean our room during our 3 days stay. hot a/c in room. the entrance is fine with pay-per-use internet computer. Staffs were good and trying to help as much as they can. The space in the lobby and hall way is cramp and small plus dark in some corner. The room was dirty and no one clean up our room. We found some garbage on the floor before we check-in and, when we left, it was still there. They cleaned only the bathroom not your room or bed. just tidy up things to make it "look likes" clean. but anyway, you pay what you get so what you can expect much from this price?
Shopping Tip : Go to Pattaya walking street and having fun there. Safer and nicer than other trashy Pattaya area.

1.Location ที่ไปมาสะดวกครับ ถ้าชอบบรรยากาศของพัทยาเหนือล่ะก้อ น่าจะชอบที่ตั้งโรงแรม
2.ห้องพัก สะอาด และ ใหม่พอใช้ได้
3.โรงแรมมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่ ไม่เล็กจนเกินไป กำลังดี 1.ห่างจะทะเลไปหน่อย ต้องเดินไปสัก 5-10 นาที และชายหาดตรงนี้ไม่ค่อยจะสวยเท่าไหร่
2.มีลูกค้าชาวอินเดียพอสมควร แต่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนไทยนะครับ
3.ที่จอดรถมีน้อยไปหน่อย โดยๆรวม ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับคนที่ชอบโรงแรมขนาดกลางๆกำลังพอดี และสถานที่ตั้งอยู่แถบๆพัทยาเหนือ ที่คนไม่พลุกพล่านมากจนเกินไป สภาพห้องโดยทั่วๆไปถือว่าโอเค ที่สำคัญราคาที่ได้เทียบกับถ้าจะจองใหม่หน้าfront ถือว่าถูกกว่าเกือบครึ่งเลยครับ
