big corner room with smiley staffs. dirty, housekeeping did not clean our room during our 3 days stay. hot a/c in room. the entrance is fine with pay-per-use internet computer. Staffs were good and trying to help as much as they can. The space in the lobby and hall way is cramp and small plus dark in some corner. The room was dirty and no one clean up our room. We found some garbage on the floor before we check-in and, when we left, it was still there. They cleaned only the bathroom not your room or bed. just tidy up things to make it "look likes" clean. but anyway, you pay what you get so what you can expect much from this price?
Shopping Tip : Go to Pattaya walking street and having fun there. Safer and nicer than other trashy Pattaya area.

1.Location ที่ไปมาสะดวกครับ ถ้าชอบบรรยากาศของพัทยาเหนือล่ะก้อ น่าจะชอบที่ตั้งโรงแรม
2.ห้องพัก สะอาด และ ใหม่พอใช้ได้
3.โรงแรมมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่ ไม่เล็กจนเกินไป กำลังดี 1.ห่างจะทะเลไปหน่อย ต้องเดินไปสัก 5-10 นาที และชายหาดตรงนี้ไม่ค่อยจะสวยเท่าไหร่
2.มีลูกค้าชาวอินเดียพอสมควร แต่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นคนไทยนะครับ
3.ที่จอดรถมีน้อยไปหน่อย โดยๆรวม ถือว่าโอเคสำหรับคนที่ชอบโรงแรมขนาดกลางๆกำลังพอดี และสถานที่ตั้งอยู่แถบๆพัทยาเหนือ ที่คนไม่พลุกพล่านมากจนเกินไป สภาพห้องโดยทั่วๆไปถือว่าโอเค ที่สำคัญราคาที่ได้เทียบกับถ้าจะจองใหม่หน้าfront ถือว่าถูกกว่าเกือบครึ่งเลยครับ

The ambiance is poor, rooms are old, toilets have a stench, not sound-proof at all with noise from the next room and corridor clearly audible, lobby and corridor dark even though litted. This place truly needs a refurbishment in all areas, beginning with the rooms, amenities in particular. The landscaping around the hotel very mundane, did not create a relaxing nor a holiday feeling compared to the newer resorts around pattaya. Staff were friendly and humble but lack finesse. We stayed in the studio deluxe and was uncomfortable with the noise from the next room and corridor. Does not live up to the 4 star rating to be honest, you would have expected more.

Beautiful rooms, lovely decor, very attentive staff. Everyone was so helpful, kind, considerate, and generous. Restaurants were all fantastic. Would stay here again.

Nice pool I stayed in the Garden view room, although no view of the garden as I was in the main building, ground floor next to reception. I was disappointed that I didn't have a balcony to sit out and have an early evening drink, but only the ground floor rooms lacked this. As I was next to reception, there was alot of noise as people came back late evening. But the noisiest thing was the air conditioning, which souded like a constantly filling cistern. Having said that, this is a great hotel, with a great buffet breakfast, and wonderful staff. The area is predominantly German and Russian, but very easy to get into town with the Baht buses (10BHT). The hotel is about a 5 min walk to the main street where there are loads of bars and restaurants (and Baht buses).I would definitely recommend this hotel for the quieter, relaxed holiday stay.

Clean and modern hotel with free wi-fi internet if you have a laptop, close to the beach but a bit far from walking street. Very good breakfast. Too many mosquitoes. Small pool. The hotel is a bit far from the night life area.

Mosquitoes, at dinner were annoying. The internet very slow This hotel is a little out of the way, and mosquitoes are a problem though you can have your room sprayed. The food was not that great. However for Pattaya it is not that bad a hotel with a nice pool. The staff are very helpful but poorly trained. The breakfasts get a bit boring after a while same same and not different, catering for Indian/Asian people mainly. I maybe would go back again. On the plus side we were upgraded to an excellent room, after a few complaints. So full marks for effort on their part.
Hotel Feature Tip : I found that eeryone fell over backwards when we gave a few tips to the staff, just a few dollars each goes a long way.

Friendly staffs and good breakfast The hotel is actually on a hill and we needed to walk down several flights of steps to get down to the beach. The room we were given was very old and small, a big disappointment from what we expected. There wasn't even a headboard! It was just a bed place in the middle of a white room with furniture that looked like they were disposed off from elsewhere. The shower in our room kept turning from very hot to very cold. Something was wrong with the pool and the water was very dark green and it was closed on the second day that we were there. We paid for 2 nights but decided to leave after the first night.

Place is next to a open land with rubish burrning and farm of a sort.
I have been in all the hotels 4 and 5 stars in Pattaya, this place is the worst off all.
It is not even 2 stars, it is relay old and not what pictures shows on the net.Block of land next door is occupied with some homeless people who burn rubbish every day and it stinks like hell.
Good luck.
Nightlife Tip : This is too far from soi 6 and 7 and where all the action is.

Easy walking distance to blind massage parlour Not many sunbeds which means they are taken by families first thing so there is no where to sunbathe. Also some of the bathroom a bit mouldy. Visiting Pattaya but not being able to sunbathe at the hotel really ruined by experience at this hotel. There are about 14 pairs of chairs, thats it. Nowhere else to sunbathe and nowhere to go.

Quiet location.
Large swimming pool. Not enough umbrellsa in pool area.
Some room locks didnt work properly.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pool area was large and clean yet not enough umbrellas for shade.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with great variety.
Close to a quiet beach.
Tour groups in the main hotel block could be noising before 7:30am when checking out.
When door locks not working properly this caused doors to be noisy when closing.
Restaurant Tip : Kiss Dining at the Dolphin roundabout was great value for money.

Set in a quiet road but only a short walk away from the bars and restaurants of North Pattaya, this hotel in our opinion provides excellent value for money The beaches of Pattaya are definitely not the best in the world category. Put simply this was one of the most enjoyable holiday locations of our lives, certainly from Agoda. Excellent location, excellent staff (for whom nothing was too much trouble), excellent weather, excellent value for money and a free bedroom up-grade without us even requesting it! The only negative matter to report was that on occasions there were insufficient sun loungers to go round at poolside but this was due to the pool being so clean and popular.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For the nearby friendly beach turn right out of the hotel entrance and walk 250 yards or so directly to the beach, negotiate the cliff-face steps and you are on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and beach bars serving excellent food most inexpensively.
