Budget hotel with excellent location

The hotel is well positioned in Pattaya on 2nd road. Far enough from the road that traffic does not interfere with sleep. A major shopping centre is just across the road a taxi and tuk tuk point also. Hotel is only 5-10 minute walk from Walking street and is close to many eating places on the 2nd road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Flight of the Gibbon is a must do activity.
Also if doing Go Karting, check out Pattaya Kart Speedway instead of the track near walking street. The speedway track is half the price and runs 2 stroke karts rather than the 4 stroke ones at Easy Kart.

this hotel located on pattaya road accross from Royal garden, it's so nice location for tourists. when u stay high floor u could see beautiful pattaya beach view ...
their swimming pool is also nice , but swimming pool guy is not kind when i request towel ...
it's the worst part is no free wifi, i ask receptionn , they show me price table for wifi , but in agoda website, i remember the note is free wifi...don;t know why ???
beside the hotel is ok , including breakfast , food is so so ...but ok ...

we took our grown up children and there partners and grandchildren for a family holiday for christmas
this was the perfect place for us, location was right in the centre of everything, so easy to get anywhere, the hotel had everything we required for our stay....kids enjoyed the pool area, parents enjoyed the massages next door, grandparents liked the fact they could walk to anywhere
the only downside was the buffett breakfast, wasn't very appetizing , and not much aimed for the western market....kids were happy with the toast, but that's about all that we had....i would recommend to save your money when booking the added breakfast and go across the road to the coffee club ir somewhere else , as the price to eat breakfast out is very cheap
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't add the breakfast if you are looking for a western style breakfast....you'll only eat the toast, food not aimed at westerners, more for russions or japanese.....not worth the extra money, much better to go onto the main street and get a decent breakfast...

Hotel is situated in a lovely location 5 Minutes walk from beach road, 10 minutes walk to walking street and just opposite Royal Plaza mall. Staff is friendly and goes out of the way to please you. Rooms are comfortable and value for money. Beach side view was beautiful. In room dinning is cheap, reasonable and tasty. Buffet Breakfast was very ordinary and lacked creativity. Gym was non existent although the hotel says there is a Gym. Pool was lovely and clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel if the price is right
Shopping Tip:
Try to buy what you want from the street vendors before you buy it in a mall and this will save you plenty of money.
