I love big bed and nice soft pillow! Cleanliness of floor, this time I observed that a bit tidy! First time booking thru Agoda at this hotel, I stayed R.S.Seaside at the first time in July with my friends. I was very impressed nice bedroom and we got connecting room but the different was Agoda didn't include ABF. Only one comment is floor cleaning, seems not proper clean this time. Reception always a weekness, maintains the same as my first time. It seems Hotel staff for evening shift is not enthuastic and less familiar with internet booking or well- managed skill. But I can say that I will strictly stay with R.S.Seaside everytime I go to Pattaya for the moment, it's the best choice with reasonable price. Thank you Agoda!
Restaurant Tip : There is a nice chill out place call Choke-D surfing club. I was tired the whole day playing golf then my friend took me to this Pub&Restuarant, it was very relaxing then I walked back to hotel easily to get very nice sleep!

location situated in a fine place. easy access to beach. people r nice and hospitable. In short i had very good experience nothing to complain. i don't find any weakness ur agoda concept is very nice. booking through ur web site was easy and quick. my first experience encouraged me to book the hotels through ur web site. i stayed in two hotels never had any problems in registering at the reception. my stay in thailand was fantastic and excellent. i'm returning home with fabulous experince and charming and respctable hospitality if thai people.

near to the beach rooms are big the hotel is near to the beach and the staff is helpful the rooms for this price OK and the breakfast is good for to become slim. Very closed is a 7 and it is a good value for the money

The beach is right across the road. The staff a bit in English. The hotel is not too big, and very clean. It has a great little swimming pool and the beach is right across the road. The room was a lovely room and good balcony with pool view. We did not find it a problem at all that the hotel is situated in the more quiet end of Jomtien Beach.

The rooms are comfortable for a budget hotel The location of the hotel is a bit from from the main districts of Jomtien and Pattaya, said that they had wi-fi in the room but didn't The rooms are comfortable for a budget hotel but the location of the hotel is a bit far from the main districts of Jomtien and Pattaya which at times can be extremely stressful as you end up paying more for the transportation to these places which does kind of add on the cost for staying at the hotel, there are not much food around the place after 10 at night and I found myself grabbing food from the convenient store a good couple of times during my week stay, the hotel also said that they had wifi in the room but didn't, was really disappointing as that was the main reason why I stayed there, if you are not bothered with the location, surrounding amenities and cost for transportation then this is a budget hotel for you.

I stayed 3days/3rooms and added 1 more on the last night. It was the last night that I found the real hotel. It has 2 class, tourist, and Thai(3rd world living condition).

The lower-priced rooms on the top floor get partial views of the ocean.
Travel tip : Convenience store (24 hour) located next door. A trendy little restaurant is next door. The beach is just across the road from the hotel.

Very close there is the bus station from where you can go directly to the airport.
Shopping Tip : It is not far from the nightlife but far enough that you can stay without too.

It's like small fine cozy inn. The neighberhood area is much more clean and peaceful than crowded and mess-up Pattaya area. If you need no big hotel facilities like gym or big pool, nor excite night life, it's fine plsce to stay.
