neat and chic hotel on the best beach of Pattaya Guest Rating: 4.0

nice and chic place to stay for couples or solo, the beach is much clearer than other parts in pattaya, and the service is very thoughtful, only with a moto, you can got a wonderful trip in this nightless city of surprise.

2 mins walk to the Jomtien beach of pattaya, enjoying clean beach and beautiful seaview, with homelike service and thoughtful display, nice place for a short stay.

a little bit far from the downtown, like walking street, and not much taxi on the gate. you can enjoy the seaview quietly, but take a bit more time to see the everbright pattaya city.

• Travel tip : it is great to rent a moto for the sightseeing and eating around.

First time booking thru Agoda at this hotel, I stayed R.S.Seaside at the first time in July with my friends. I was very impressed nice bedroom and we got connecting room but the different was Agoda didn't include ABF. Only one comment is floor cleaning, seems not proper clean this time. Reception always a weekness, maintains the same as my first time. It seems Hotel staff for evening shift is not enthuastic and less familiar with internet booking or well- managed skill. But I can say that I will strictly stay with R.S.Seaside everytime I go to Pattaya for the moment, it's the best choice with reasonable price. Thank you Agoda!

Cleanliness of floor, this time I observed that a bit tidy!

• Restaurant Tip : There is a nice chill out place call Choke-D surfing club. I was tired the whole day playing golf then my friend took me to this Pub&Restuarant, it was very relaxing then I walked back to hotel easily to get very nice sleep!

location situated in a fine place. easy access to beach. people r nice and hospitable. In short i had very good experience nothing to complain.

The rooms are comfortable for a budget hotel but the location of the hotel is a bit far from the main districts of Jomtien and Pattaya which at times can be extremely stressful as you end up paying more for the transportation to these places which does kind of add on the cost for staying at the hotel, there are not much food around the place after 10 at night and I found myself grabbing food from the convenient store a good couple of times during my week stay, the hotel also said that they had wifi in the room but didn't, was really disappointing as that was the main reason why I stayed there, if you are not bothered with the location, surrounding amenities and cost for transportation then this is a budget hotel for you.

I stayed 3days/3rooms and added 1 more on the last night. It was the last night that I found the real hotel. It has 2 class, tourist, and Thai(3rd world living condition).
