Close to the waters edge and relatively a quiet location. WiFI. Friendly staff, and cheap beer. When checking in the first room they gave me smelled like an old musty boat.Hotel lobby was a little dusty especially the counter. Far from any busy shopping or entertainment areas. Very small swimming pool as it almost resembles a fountain. WiFi in lobby only After complaining about the odour of my first room they gladly upgraded me to a superior room , at my cost. The superior was much better however it was a little bit cramped but did satisfy my needs. Overall this hotel is just OK, and what you are paying for is the proximity of being so close to the beach. The satff were pretty nice and helpful, and to me thats very important. If you want peace and quiet and must be across from the beach then this hotel is fine.
Restaurant Tip : There is a nice little restaurant bar next door called the XOXX.
Cheap bus trucks every minute or two to town for 10 baht (30 cents )

clean room, comfortable bed, nice pool location toward south end of Jomtien I stayed at the RS Sea Side Hotel for just one night while passing through Jomtien, but easily could have stayed longer. My favorite feature was the clean, comfortable bed and nice, fluffy duvet; many hotel operators just don't get that the main reason you're renting a room is to sleep there and the RS Sea Side is a notable exception. The bathroom was on the small side but was intelligently arranged (hooks where you need them) and had nice finishes (granite counter and fully tiled walls). I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and looked like a nice place to hang out. The one potential drawback is that it's located toward the southern end of the Jomtien Beach strip, which makes it quiet but also distant from the more popular bars and restaurants.

Right next to the beach. Also 100 yards from bus stop if you get public bus - 124bt - from Bangkok airport. First class bus. No real areas of concern. Nice hotel with a very good setting right next to the beach. Many good cafes in walking distance and very close to the Baht Bus route should you wish to wander further. Very friendly and helpful staff. All in all good value for money. Good for families or singles. I would certainly stay here again.
Travel tip : Get the public bus from Bangkok Airport - it is only 124bt and stops virtually outside the hotel. The buses are brand new and good wuality.

I can know that room available or not at the time of reservation, whereas other website give me the response by the next working day. The photo show in the website sometimes differs from the real place. This made me a little bit dissapointed. The overall services is excellent. The 24 hours phone services is very nice giving the correct information as well as good solving problem skills.

convenience, quiet, big bed, dark the hotel is convenience, easy to access and close to beach, shop, and restaurants. the room is nice, dark, quiet, big bed, and water is hot.
Also there's the free internet to use and the reception is nice, helpful, and friendly.
i'll come back again to stay here and recommend to friends.

peaceful, sataff very helpful and pleasant. there is nothin we disliked in this hotel. the pool is very small, but its okay as there is beach infront of the hotel. on the 2nd night we faced a mystery. while we are in toilet the bed was moved for about 2ft from the wall. no one was inside and it was a very heavy bed. we tried to find out an answer by jumping on the bed.
other than this incident we had an excellent time there.
Nightlife Tip : about 20 minutes ride from here to pattaya walking street. you can hire a motorbike and enjoy the beaches and night life of the city that never sleeps.

not a bad stay overall..nice and quiet.Clean pool.good size balcony,you can put table and chairs supplied.towels were clean but old and small.shampoo,etc was only supplied every other day.reported faults were not fixed,ie bedside lamp was taken away instead of fixing faulty socket.abf and unlimited juice or coffee only 50baht.i would return,but feel that management should tend to reported failings more promptly
Travel tip : breakfast only 8am-10am.everything nearby.restaurant next door bit dear.

Clean, cheap, and friendly. Too far, if you don't mind to spend a long traveling time (around 15 minutes), it would be a good choice. You must use wi-fi in the lobby. There is no internet in the room. The breakfast is rough(even you pay for that. Hotel Feature Tip : this place is not good for sightseeing purpose but good for business(if you don't mind there is no internet in the room).
