Service was good, generally nice hotel. Near the beach. Quiet. Probably too far from the action for some people. Could use some cleaning here and there. they gave me a Superior room that included a bath tub, king size bed. Not a bad deal. I saw some lower grade rooms that were a little crummy. Has parking in the back. I had a motorbike so I didn't mind the location. It was quiet. Would stay again for the same type of room and price.
Restaurant Tip : Has a variety of restaurants up and down the street.

The price is not expensive, it is near the beach and the service is good. The swimming pool is small and the room is small size also. The hotel is convenient for those who want to spent their time near the beach.The service is good because they change bedsheet everyday.The overlooking of the hotel help a lot to lessen the stress.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the seashore and a lot of water sport equipments to used.It has a lot of fun to stay in this hotel.

no internet access in the room. Only free wifi available in lobby For the price, this hotel was excellent. Bed was comfortable and cleaning lady changed towel and bed sheets every day. There was very little noise during the day or night, and overall there was very little to complain about. I cannot comment on the food at the hotel, as I used hotel as place to stay and not for dining. The unit I rented was "pool view" balcony unit, and room size was about 250 sq feet, enough for two people. There was bath tub and all fixtures worked well, except for small sink next to refrigerator. One thing to be mindful of is that there is no internet access whatsoever in the hotel room, so this hotel is not for people who needs good internet connectivity
Restaurant Tip : There is an excellent thai restaurant around the corner near the jomtien beach bus station. Prices are quite reasonable and they have selection of western menu items as well

near the beach, swimming pool ok too far away from downtown. hotel too old, rooms not clean This hotel is not near the downtown but near the beach. The hotel is old and the room is not very clean. Customer service is not good, no smile. Breakfast is ok. Not recommand this hotel.

-Very near to the beach/ store and restuarants.
-Have a car park with good security guard
Room is old and the door is unsafe. Sometimes can open but sometimes cannot.
-Free water is so bad This hotel will good if they change or at least always check the security of the door and the environment in the room. Themost important is if you want to give free water to guest why don't you choose the best one to guest instead of try to safe your cost by choose the poor one.

secluded I would say this is an ok hotel but it is a little far along jomtien beach. It is almost to the end of jomtien beach and there you can hardly find food for dinner
However, the beach is great and not too crowded as compared to other beach. I would probably not stay in this hotel again as there are plenty of offers along Jomtien beach. It is like a whole long beach with about 100 hotels and more being built at the moment and they all offer good rates.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking street is nearby but still only accessible through vehicle. Getting there is easy just stop any 'song thiaw' (their bench mini bus) and ask if they go to walking street and hop on. The price is 20 baht.
Don't ask the price or else you'll most likely get ripped off. I tried and one even quoted me 200 baht for 4. We did not get on. Just act like you know because you already did =)

Pool was really awful, not recommended to families with children because safety on the higher levels are poor. a average hotel, not the best location on the jomtien beach road but still ok. 7 eleven is close. No internet cafe is close about 7 minutes away if you walk.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a local taxi to pattaya city if you want a better nightlife.

Reasonable price for food and drinks. Good place for budget traveler, The staff are friendly, the food and drink is reasonable price, the beach in front of the hotel was not good for relaxing need to take a ride to other beach, rooms are not so clean but well equipped. Generally excellent value for money. As a tip, check for a price at the hotel directly and compare with agoda before your booking.

- clean, nice looking rooms
- close to the beach
- close to a lot of bars, night clubs and restaurants along the beach
- WiFi in the lobby
- interesting TV programs
- sleepy dogs on the streets - standard rooms have a view on construction sites I did not go to Pattaya for wild parties and I have to say October is a great month for just chilling there. Sure, the beaches are filled with Euro people desperately trying to get a ran and burning, but in the evening it gets quiet soon so you can take a walk on the sandy beach which is lit or even take a dip in the ocean. Very romantic!
One night we even saw a guy with a metal detector searching for hidden treasures left by the tourists.
It was only raining on the way from BKK to Pattay but while being there it was always sunny and nice weather.
The dogs I mentioned... there are quite a few dogs on the streets... sleeping... they are not hostile and I never heard them bark.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Right at the beach side.
