peaceful, sataff very helpful and pleasant. there is nothin we disliked in this hotel. the pool is very small, but its okay as there is beach infront of the hotel. on the 2nd night we faced a mystery. while we are in toilet the bed was moved for about 2ft from the wall. no one was inside and it was a very heavy bed. we tried to find out an answer by jumping on the bed.
other than this incident we had an excellent time there.
Nightlife Tip : about 20 minutes ride from here to pattaya walking street. you can hire a motorbike and enjoy the beaches and night life of the city that never sleeps.

not a bad stay overall..nice and quiet.Clean pool.good size balcony,you can put table and chairs supplied.towels were clean but old and small.shampoo,etc was only supplied every other day.reported faults were not fixed,ie bedside lamp was taken away instead of fixing faulty socket.abf and unlimited juice or coffee only 50baht.i would return,but feel that management should tend to reported failings more promptly
Travel tip : breakfast only 8am-10am.everything nearby.restaurant next door bit dear.

location right down other side of jom tien stayed here for 10 nights was ok i have now changed hotels to nivar culture rooms which is great but this hotel ok just abit far away

Peaceful, clean, near beach, indoor carpark available Friendly staff service, easy to locate, very clean and neat hotel, best value for money hotel to stay in. Safe and quiet location to be away from the city life. Beach is just steps away in front of the hotel. Very happy with the stay in RS Seaside

Clean, cheap, and friendly. Too far, if you don't mind to spend a long traveling time (around 15 minutes), it would be a good choice. You must use wi-fi in the lobby. There is no internet in the room. The breakfast is rough(even you pay for that. Hotel Feature Tip : this place is not good for sightseeing purpose but good for business(if you don't mind there is no internet in the room).

The hotel is located just across the sea. We did not have to go out too far for enjoying beach and sunset So for I like everything there...there is only one thing seems to be not so good is that swimming pool is quite a little bit small and closed too fast. However, if you do not care about swimming pool this place is quite good comparing with its charges. Comparing between price and things I have got from trip, I think it is worth for visiting there again. The hotel is so close to the beach and food is all around. In the night, if you want to chill out you just have to walk across the street and there you are...beach is just right there.
For inside hotel and facilities, for me and my friends, everything is acceptable. Nothing is being in poor condition. However, I cannot give any comment about food because I had my meal outside all the time. Like I said food is all around there.

Service was good, generally nice hotel. Near the beach. Quiet. Probably too far from the action for some people. Could use some cleaning here and there. they gave me a Superior room that included a bath tub, king size bed. Not a bad deal. I saw some lower grade rooms that were a little crummy. Has parking in the back. I had a motorbike so I didn't mind the location. It was quiet. Would stay again for the same type of room and price.
Restaurant Tip : Has a variety of restaurants up and down the street.

RS Sea Side Hotel Pattaya just only 3 Star hotel not for 4 / Staff is very nice but the room is not good ,basic bed and bathroom,like apartment more than hotel.however infront of hotel is very nice beach and easy to find cheap seafood

The price is not expensive, it is near the beach and the service is good. The swimming pool is small and the room is small size also. The hotel is convenient for those who want to spent their time near the beach.The service is good because they change bedsheet everyday.The overlooking of the hotel help a lot to lessen the stress.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the seashore and a lot of water sport equipments to used.It has a lot of fun to stay in this hotel.

no internet access in the room. Only free wifi available in lobby For the price, this hotel was excellent. Bed was comfortable and cleaning lady changed towel and bed sheets every day. There was very little noise during the day or night, and overall there was very little to complain about. I cannot comment on the food at the hotel, as I used hotel as place to stay and not for dining. The unit I rented was "pool view" balcony unit, and room size was about 250 sq feet, enough for two people. There was bath tub and all fixtures worked well, except for small sink next to refrigerator. One thing to be mindful of is that there is no internet access whatsoever in the hotel room, so this hotel is not for people who needs good internet connectivity
Restaurant Tip : There is an excellent thai restaurant around the corner near the jomtien beach bus station. Prices are quite reasonable and they have selection of western menu items as well

I like your pool.. with jaguzzi.. my mom so love it no... worth with the paying money Conveience location , easy to find food. Not too private but if you 're looking for some place convience to drive, food and just come,sleep and eat.. Mayb this is your answer. Place for relax just eat and swim... lay down in jagussi,,, perfect ! Room is just ok.. not too bad and not too good. But can say that it worth for money..Try on and check it out ! But you should have a breakfast, if can..
