stayed one night, as travelling on, location ok.
Away from main road so quiet, good for family, who dont mind older bungalows. Have pool, recepton and restaurant bar area fine, homely atmosphere.

The location is quiet i walked in the evening and only found one bar i could have a beer in and walking distance back to resort, and it was quiet. 7/11 handy ,if you have motorbike. Beach across road. Good for a rest this place and for those on a budget.
Travel tip:
You will need transport to get around from here and taxis, believe me ,on Samui are not cheap these days, that will add considerable expence to your trip.

Friendly and clean hotel with good location.
I use this hotel because it is opposit the beach. I needed a private bathroom and a clean changing place.

Booked room and when checked in the rooms was nothing like on the pictures. Old, smelly and really dirty bathroom. I know guesthouses that are cleaner.
Got the laptop and showed them the room i booked , they coudl not show me this room because it was not in the hotel!!!
Did not stayed the night Bad hotel!!!

I stayed here for one week, and found it to be very reasonably priced with clean spacious rooms. Not a lot of nightlife locally, so ideal if you want a quiet relaxed holiday. Very nice beach directly opposite the hotel. I took the bus into pattaya town most nights for evening entertainment.

gotta admit when i first saw the hotel i thought i had made a big mistake as it looked like a b&b. got to the room which was a balcony pool view room and found it to be spotlessly clean and plenty big enough for 2 people.definately good value for the money paid.
the pool though small was clean and refreshing perfect for dipping into when you get too hot sunning yourself.
breakfast was very cheap but it was also not impressive, i took breakfast elsewhere after my first day.
all in all i would certainly stay here again
Nightlife Tip:
Baht bus into Pattaya is very frequent (about every 5 mins) and costs just 20 bahts

Hotel is a bit old with not that many amenities, but the rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Towels and sheets are rather threadbare and a bit smelly. Hotel is quite far from the beginning of the Jomtien beach road and Pattaya. There is a small swimming pool (with the tiles coming off).
