Atrocious staff..very very rude and totally non cooperative..jacuzzi was not turned on at all..no running hot water all thru the day and was told by staff that cold water is what they had..and totally upset about ur cancellation policy

rs sea side hotel is a small budget hotel in a pretty good location with jomtien beach just cross the street. a bit hard to find at first as the hotel sign is small and there are many other signs around. my room is big and clean with a big fridge and a sink. bathroom is a bit dated but clean enough. parking lot behind the building is ok. should have more space (for the weekends), and more security, though.

RS Sea Side Hotel is a budget hotel in a pretty good location. Near the beach. Safe enough to go out at night. Easy to get around Pattaya. My room is a good size, not too small and clean enough. More parking space would be an absolute plus.

My review for RS Sea Side Hotel

I like the location of the hotel. It is in the front of the beach. Cost is also a good option that you can consider to visit this place.
What I don't like about this hotel is about its smell in the room. It's very bad.
It is worth for one who are looking for a cheap place in Jomtien beach and you have planed to go out for somewhere to travel, shopping, or any activites outside. It is convenient to get a cap.

Everything seems ok for short stay, nothing very pleasant. What is the worst of this hotel is none of air conditioning works. I spent 3 hrs hoping it would get cooler and reception was so ignorant to assist. I finally requested to change the room but she said every room is the same but I insist so she sent security guard to open the new room for me. I did not move but turn on air condition to check. Another hour there was no cool air coming out so I did not move and slept soaking all night.
