Have stayed there before shortly after it opened things not as good as before.
Large clean rooms but with a hint of the smell of smoking, when you first walk into the room. You are provided with cups to have a coffee with in your room but nothing to make the coffee with no kettle or coffee/tea, cups required a damn good clean also.
Shower was excellent but again showing some signs of wear and tear, lashings of hot water and good pressure which can be an issue.
Staff friendly and try to accomodate request, was allowed to start breakfast early as being collected for golf.

quit place in nort pattaya but near to the beach only 10 minute by walk. Clean n comfort room

I stay for 2 night ini this hotel, the service is excellence they explain every thing about the hotel. Room is big and clean and the location is great it is ini second road pattaya and near to Alcazar or tiffany show. From this hotel we can find easily taxi or tuk tuk to go to arround Pattaya.

As a solo traveler, I stayed there for only 1 night. The hotel is located very close to ALCAZAR, BIG C, Mac Donald. There is a great local massage shop next to Mac Donald, which looks like a drugstore on the front, costing around 250 bhats for every massage, very affordable.
Cost of hotel was also moderate, well worth it, just a little far if you decide to take a walk to walking street, would recommend to take the bus on road for 10 bhats.

Nice hotel on second road for the finicky traveler on a budget. Far from the expensive walking street you can enjoy cheaper prices and still be in the heart of Pattaya.
