Spoiled by attempted scam

Not a bad hotel but my experience was ruined when they tried to scam 200 baht out of me because of a small speck of blood on the sheets. They also tried to rip me off over a mixed up room service order. I won't be staying there again because of these 2 incidents.

great stay at the sabai wing

sabai wing comes up trumps again for us. this is probably my 7th or 8th stay at this hotel & i will be going back again in september. it is fairly quiet at this area of town so great for relaxing. i had a friend who stayed in another hotel in soi 8 & he said it drove him nuts because of the noise so he used to come & visit us during the day. the pool area is not so busy in the wing part of the hotel as the main part so you can move around depending what you want. if you want to venture out though you can just walk up to the top of soi 1 or 2 to 2nd road & there are a number of bards etc. there that will cater for your every need.

this is a great little hotel for relaxing as it's just away enough from the mayhem off pattaya but not too far to get involved if you feel like it. i have stayed here a few times & a number of my friends always stay here too. my girlfriend likes it a lot & get's on really well with all the staff who are very friendly.
the breakfast is fairly decent if you're up in time. sometimes best had on the way in from a night out.
i will definately be staying here again as will a number of my friends.
Nightlife Tip:
Turn right on 2nd road & see the girls in Atlantic bar for a game of pool.

Always a pleasent stay

i had a pleasent stay at this hotel once again. i stayed in the sabai wing part of the hotel & the staff as always are happy to see us & always greet us with a smile. we had a small problem with the air conditioning in our room but this was resolved very quickly by the staff as soon as we told them about it. the hotel has a big c shopping centre up the top of 2nd road & nightlife can easily be reached by hopping on a baht bus in soi 2. there are pleanty of places to eat & drink around this hotel too but i would also recommend the food inside as this is quite reasonable & good.
Shopping Tip:
Big C just up the top of the road or jump on a baht bus down beach road & take your pick from several shopping centres.

i stayed at this hotel only for one night, but overall it was a satisfactory stay. the premise is pretty large for pattaya standards, specially the swimming pool was quiet impressive. the rooms howver were a little disappointing since it was just too small for thailand standards. there is heaps of mosquitos at night so you better keep your doors shut.
Shopping Tip:
There is big shopping mall called Big C across the street from this hotel. It is a 3 minute walk and there you will find a wide choice of cuisines to choose from.

On the edge of funtown
close to the beach, quiet side street, nice pool areas, clean rooms

The hotel is about 100 yards from the beach but the other end of the beach from walking street. It is a nice walk along the front to walking street and gives you time to stop in the many bars on the way and enjoy people watching. The staff are really friendly and the hotel is never too busy for them to be overrun so you always feel attended too. So in summary, its out of the way for quietness, but close enough to get into the mixer.

The hotel was clean but the beds are 2 singles pushed together. New sheets every day which is good. Buffet breakfast is good best omelets I have had!
It's a bit dated but it's clean and the safes are a bonus. For what you pay it's great value for money.
Nightlife Tip:
Jump on a baht bus at the end of the street don't pay more than 10 baht per person to walking street!
