This hotel offers a range of accomodation options which are all good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 2 swimming pools are excellent & the grounds are lush and expansive. breakfasts offered an excellent choice of fare. The hotel is guest friendly which is a big plus for this dynamic night life area.
Nightlife Tip:
The night life entertainment in this area is virtually non stop

Clean, good pool, quieter part of town but close to nightlife.

Good clean hotel staff friendly. Air-con was noisy took two request before it was fixed but overall good value choice.
Not 24hr room service though so make sure you eat before returning at night.

Good location but getting a bit "old"

Second stay for me at this hotel. Can't say that i don't like it but they rooms are starting to get a bit "old" so to speak. For the same amount of money you get a hotel that has more modern utilities in the room. The rooms are cleaned well though so nothing negative on the front.

Nice Rooms and Great swimming pool

I have stayed at the Sabai Resort many times and will continue to do so.
It's located in the north of Pattaya on the second road just a 5minute walk to the beach.
The room is ideal and a good cheap price with a good sized bed and decent bathroom.
The receptionists are always happy to help as are the room service crew.
Food from the restaurant is of a good standard and can be eaten around the nice pool.

the hotel is well located on second road near many bars and restaurants and good live music venues. rooms are clean and spacious and there is a nice lobby, restaurant, bar/lounge, sizeable swimming pool; the buffet style breakfast is substantial. the resort is opposite soi 4 which leads with only five minutes walking distance to the beach and beach road. it is also sited next to the central festival shopping complex which has many large shops and restaurants. the night life of soi 6 is only a few minutes walk away.
Nightlife Tip:
if music is your thing, then check out the band playing in the corner bar next to mcdonald's car park near top end of soi 6...the guitarist is world class and absolutely astounding!!!

We stayed here last year for only one night so didnt get the full appreaciation of the hotel. I can only give praise to all the staff for their friendly approach and helpful attitude to us and all guests. The rooms were clean and the villas are at the back of the resort so no noise was heard at nights and also we had the luxury of having a small private pool shared and only used by a small handful of guests.The breakfast was good with plenty of chioce for all tastes. The hotel is used by all nationalities so good mix all round. We will be heading back to pattaya next year and will be back at the Sabai resort once again !!
