Excellent location, quiet on my stay, 3 star

this is a good value hotel. it looks like a high star hotel but in reality is 3 star. this is the only (-) for this hotel as you may expect some things standard which are not in a 3 star. overall is very good hotel to stay. i would stay again.

Resort not bad, service not good at all.no smiles

INternet not work at all, as described . & nobody cares about it even if you call to reception,
powercuts, lot of cockroaches also in the rooms,

Lovely hotel , and great location

Great staff , very warm and obliging, only had breakfast there each morning, but very nice and again staff most certainly warm and welcoming and always had a smile on there face, great location in Pattaya and loved the pool area and bar, One problem was with the Internet , kept loosing signal but one phone call and it was fixed , but very frustrating, overall im going back in four months and will certainly consider staying there again, strongly recommend for a family or business stay.

as i rely very heavily on reviews i always try to make sure i write an honest one that other people can use to make an informed decision. this is why i like and use agoda as not only have i found good quality hotels but they list a lot of reviews.
getting past that the room i had (103) was about 50 feet from the desk and about half that to the pool. that worked out very well for me and i was delighted with the room. it is large, was clean and stayed clean with housekeeping on duty. the a/c is a bit clumsy and has desks remote which is fine but learn how to adjust the thermostat or you will either freeze or sweat.

Great hotel but the managment staff was horrible
The rooms and grouds were delightful

This hotel was a refreshing breath of Western style.the rooms a very large, clean and rate at 3 plus stars.
Travel tip:
Don't book directly with the hotel only book through Agoda if you wish the best price and like to get treated fairly as well as eat breakfast!

Can't fault this resort on anything

this is the second time i've stayed here and can quite honestly say i wouldn't stay any where else whilst in pattaya. perfect location, quiet, extremely professional, helpful, friendly staff with excellent spoken english,spotlessly clean rooms, fantastic buffet breakfast. really can't fault this hotel.

this is the 3rd time i stayed in this hotel. will sure to stay again the next time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
situated on 2nd street , not to close to the noisy Beach road, with Big C and other shopping mall near-by.

The hotel is located on the busy Pattaya Second Road, but set back from the street and fairly quiet. It is in the middle of North Pattaya night life, right next door to Alcazar night club and Big C Shopping Center. Has comfortable rooms and nice pool. Good value for the money.
