Nice pool area
The pool area, location,
Right next to big c, lots of things going on in the area, but quiet pool area to enjoy at the Hotel. Pool is too small for doing laps but for cooling down in the heat it's perfect. The rooms are of good size, the shower is spacious too with hot water. Foreign TV channels like eurosport. The negative was the paperthin doors that really didn't take away any of the noise from the hallway, laughable really. Have stayed in 500 baht places with better doors. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on planks, and the ac made more noise than usual.. So all in all the room really don't live up to my very basic standards unfortunately. Staff is ok and all seemed to have decent english ability. Decent western 'pub food' but awful thaifood from the restaurant/roomservice. I could make better thaifood blindfolded.

Outdated Rooms.
The rooms are dark and somewhat dismal. Have stayed there many times but probably never again. Breakfast is reasonable. Location is goodish. Staff have improved on last year.

Room comfort
Reception area, pool, pool area
I have stayed at this hotel on 2 previous ocassions. Standard has declined as breakfast was uneatable did not compliment western menue at all. With what food was available it was of poor standard and very limited choices. What made it worse was the aircon does not have the ability to compete with outside heat, entry to the room was near unbearable with it remaining that way for hours, only real releif was around midnight when the outside temperature dropped. If you paid maybe US $25.00 per night could make it OK

Budget Traveler gets wowed !!!!
the Pool, located by a quick Trasit area to the Walking Street local business District, a quick walk to the Beach.
As a Budget Traveler I was blown away by this resort. the Pool was extra ordinary and a nice vibe running through the Chill Crowd. Rooms are a bit dark, but as a nice contrast to the Brilliant Sun of Thailand, allows one to escape the heat; face it if your going to sit in your room an read a book your at the wrong spot, trek a block doen to the beach and grab a beach chair for $0 baht 9but bring your suit and park yourself just south of the boat line for an idyllic swimming experience.) a Four Star Hotel, more fun for the money than the Hilton. Face it your in Pattaya, your NOT goin' to sit in a hotel room, you would miss the fun. Staff is helpful and polite.

Good location, beds hard as a rock
Location, Price, Pool
Beds hard as a rock but the location and price really make up for it. Rooms hot as hell too unless you trick the aircon into staying on in your absence.

Like a holiday village
Spacious accommodation, including a private sitting room; wide, covered terrace outside the door; nice pool.

Lots of Improvement Required
Rooms were large but in need of updating. Poolside furniture was filthy and we never witnessed any attempt to clean up during our stay. Ashtrays used previous day had to be emptied by me in order to use. The Resort has lovely grounds but there needs to be some leadership from management to improve things.
