great location in a busy aerea
you are close to everything but it is still a quiet place where you can have a good rest

We had no complaints. The room was clean and comfortable. With three pools it was always possible to find free chairs.

Good outlook but bad amenities

Stinking room (Room 425)and hard to adjust the room temperature. Very old Air-Conditioner and temperature adjustment knob is behind the hanging Air-Conditioner.We didn't get the room as shown on the web site at the time of booking, when complaint, the staff said Agoda used the picture of Deluxe B Double Bed but we only have Deluxe A Double Bed agreement with them. We don't know who is right. We could not sleep the first night and asked for another blanket which was never provided for the whole nights.

a good location, close to big c shopping mall, pattaya beach, pattaya international hospital, clean rooms but very old matrix, noise from outside music starts at 18:00 to 05:00am the restaurant was very clean also the food the staff were very good friendly and helpful

easy to find ,plenty of parking,easy to get too
easy to get to rooms[no lifts]low noise,hot showers,walking distance to beach & shops.

very helpfull staff,can speak english. my wife is thai,they treated her as aguest not a bar girl. very good food. will stay again.
Travel tip:
easy to get a bart taxi as resort is on the loop[basch rd,second rd]plenty of great resturants close by,just out of the busy part of pattaya,easy shopping at big c.

hotel in great location,five mins walk to beach,plenty of shops and bars near by.hotel not overcrowded and nice and clean would stop hear again if taking children but on the negative side you pay for your room 2 adults,children have no bed to sleep on ,we had a teanager with us so they gave us a collapsable bed and charged us extra per night for the bed and for breakfast each day for the children x3 so worked out a lot more than we originally thought and mini bar is expensive,but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Next to Shopping Center Big C and on second Road

The rooms have all the necessary equipment nice pool and a small balcony. The price is a little too high for what you get. Unfortunately i had a room just behind the place where they did the washing and they started at 05:30 and the noise was anoying...

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 3 years, but of late the rooms in the back of the hotel grounds are far to noisy due to the loud bass music from an adjacent night club that is open until 0400hrs.
Also the room lighting is very poor in some rooms.

Room is on 2nd floor, with small window and no view and facing pub. Quite noise at night. The bathroom is quite old. Swimming pool and breakfast is good. Very close to Big C.
