Nice polite smiley staff, good location, lots of green around the lodges nice pools family friendly.

AC had only three settings off, on full power, on medium power. No electric sockets in bathrooms for shaver toothbrush etc. Noise at night extreme got only one full nights sleep. Internet in room very very poor.

Nice hotel albeit a bit old for the fixture and fittings. The staff were all helpful and polite but this being Thailand you kinda expect that? I stayed in the last pool away from reception that had a nice pool but could do with more sun loungers as the pool hogs with towels claim their territory early. A real deal breaker for me is having good free internet in the room especially when I stay more than a week. It only worked a couple of times and I asked daily for the first few days but it never got better. However you can get wifi in reception but that is a poor second. The worst thing is the noise at night there are several clubs and pubs outside the Hotel that really 'kick off' at night and sleep deprivation was the order of the day it was louder than the TV in the room. Although the Hotel cannot control noise outside the Hotel better insulation and double glazing would have kept the noise level down to a sleep-able level. Therefore I would not recommend or return to this place. Did not try the bar or food so cannot comment on that.

Shopping Tip : Much cheaper laundry opposite down soi 2.

Clean and accomadating hotel. Close to amenities.

No problems with the hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel both as a tourist and on business. The hotel is very accomadating. The hotel is on the North end of 2nd Road. To get to the action of Pattaya you must either walk to beach road and head south, which is about a 10 minute walk, or take a baht bus and loop around to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. The entire resort has wireless and the wireless was about 75% efficent. The internet connections would occasionally go down. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Guest friendly , Great pool , Excellant bar (with reasonable prices) by pool , Excellant rooms , Friendly & helpful staff , Great location , Good value for money.

Poached eggs weren't crash hot. They should invest in a proper egg poacher

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Pattaya as regards value for money. The other hotels I have stayed in North Pattaya and "up on the hill" don't match up to the quality package on offer with this hotel. I'd strongly recommend it for anyone who enjoys lazy days by the pool since the pool is great. I shall return to this hotel if I ever return to Pattaya (i.e. since I prefer Phuket / Koh Sumai).

Nightlife Tip : Get across teh road to the bars since the live bands are excellant.

Well located in North Pattaya

None really

The hotels' principle asset is that the rooms and pool area are quiet. On the other hand bars, restaurants, shops and the beach are within a few minutes walk.

Shopping Tip : Excellent value tailors in Soi 3 almost opposite the hotel

Central location to Pattaya, short walk to the beach, relaxed atmosphere and truly excellent value for money

A very minor point is that whilst there was some literature on things to do in Pattaya in the Hotel Lobby, it would have been nice to have a little more information and 'things to do' type literature in the room.

Thailand often offers great value for money and this Resort was no exception. The resort was not exceptionally busy whilst I was there and was therefore extremely relaxing. Upon arrival, check in took less than 5 minutes, after which I was whisked by golf cart to the Paradise Zone, where I was shown into my pool side accommodation. From here on in I had relaxing time, with little stress and more importantly no outside hawkers trying to sell me tourist items, which is more than can be said for some of the surrounding restaurants, when dining 'al fresco.' The atmosphere in the resort was relaxed and friendly and the staff were unobtrusive. Check out was easy and arrangement of transport the night before went without hitch. Not necessarily a place for children (none were there during my stay, possibly because of term times), the resort was in use by multi-nationals and was not plagued by large groups of noisy parties. A truly relaxing place and one that I would very much like to visit again in the near future.

Restaurant Tip : Central Point, a shopping mall near to the resort has an abundance of good quality restaurants and fast food places. The range and diversity caters for many tastes. Sushi in particular is a favorite and there is a large restaurant with plenty of booth seating that offers an outstanding selection.

Quiet and away from all the noise of walking street. Right next to the Big C Mall Nice clean, big room with AC

Could do with a better WiFi signal in some rooms

Overall I arrived quite early in the morning - 6am and they managed to sort a room out for me at 8am, without having to pay for an extra night. So I got a chance to drop my luggage before I went scuba diving, which was nice of them The breakfast was nice and tasty. I did not use the pool, but the pools looked nice

Shopping Tip : Big C mall next door

location price breakfast facilities

can be loud at night not close to walking street

Great location next to Big C. Price was very reasonable on agoda and included breakfast, which was a very good buffet with lots of options. Nice clean facilities. I did hear some load music late at night, and early AM. Close to Soi 1-6, but a taxi ride to walking street.

Nightlife Tip : Tons of nightlife and shopping in walking distance.

Staff, location, pool

air-con not the best.

This was my first in the Sabai resort. I normally stay further up in Pattaya, so i was little apprehensive about staying down there. To my pleasant suprise, the location was marvellous. Big C is great and there is some top bars and resturants in the area. All the staff in Sabai resort were very helpful. I will be staying there again and am going to!

Restaurant Tip : The outside resturants just south of the Sabai are class and cheap!

Large rooms.

Getting a little warn.

Fairly basic hotel but the rooms are large and everything is clean and in working order. This is quite a big hotel with 2 swimming pools, fortunately the resort was quiet whilst I was there, the pool areas would not be large enough to cope if the resort was full, bearing in mind that the sea is none too clean at Pataya.

Good price, nice staffs, location and comfortable room.

The swimming pools. Look like so dirty becasue of the tile colour is too dark. Only 1 key for customer. It's so inconvenience when I want to go but my wife want to sleep in the room.

Sabai Resort is not a deluxe resort. I think it's simple and comfortable and the location is excellent. Staffs there are so nice as the are smiling always. Some of the rooms are too noisy I tink it should be caused by something outside the resort.

Clean & large rooms Walking distance to night life and shopping

Reception Staff and the Manager are not very courteous

This is a sleepy resort located near Soi 2 and is a place I have been to several times. I continue to visit the hotel because of it proximity to all the necessary conveniences. The hotel is relatively old but the facilities and rooms are a good value for money proposition. The hotel also offers several grades of rooms, with the Ruen Thai Paradise and the Villa's offering more privacy with their self contained areas and swimming pools. The Breakfast is also passable and their is a bar near the reception for you to cool off. The biggest draw back of the hotel is the reception staff and the manager who are not the most courteous people you find. The hotel management needs to seriously address this issue. The rest of the staff and service is fine. I would recommend this hotel for both families and single travelers.
