Location, easy to get anywhere in Pattaya on the Baht Buses. Good staff, great pool very scenic. The rooms could do with a spruce up starting to look their age somewhat. My second stay at the Sabai Resort. It was 200 baht cheaper this year than three years ago and included breakfast.
Good hotel in a great location, we booked a standard room this time (1020 baht), they are starting to show their age a bit, but will book a Ruen Thai bungalow next time. The resort actually has three pools all very tastily done. Although the Resort is located on second road, it is remarkably quiet when you are at the pool or poolside bar.
The breakfast was more than edible with unlimited tea,coffee and orange juice. Thai as well as western food available.
Will definitely stay again, although I'm very seldom in Pattaya.

good location, near by shopping mall, resturants are near by.

the water level of the swimming pool is toooo deep. it is in a very good location, near by Big C shopping mall, very much resturants are near by.
even with a good money exchanger just opposite Big C, with good rate.
room is ok for this price, sspecially there is a swimming pool, and they also offer internet by free. however, don't forget to bring your own notebook with you.
if we can have internet in the room will be perfect.
the water level of the swimming pool is toooo deep.
mim from 150(5ft) and up to 200(6.5ft) cm.
this is too much, especially without escort beside.
Shopping Tip : just near by a big mall, with a lots food choice, and even one Ban outsides.

Large Room. Convenience stores, restaurants and bars nearby. Too far from the beach.
Room service ends at midnight. The room was nice and large. It was a second floor room (most of the rooms are first floor) and only had a tiny window. The staff were friendly. It is a pretty long walk to the beach from the hotel.

very nice garden with 2 biger swimmingpools, one in the back of the garden The hotel has 2 bigger pools in a big garden area. One pool is near the reception an has usually many visitors, the second is in the garden and - when I was there- usually almost empty, although it is much more nice than the other swimmingpools, romantic with a pretty surrounding. The athmosphere in the hotel was quiet and good. Generally to recommend. I will come again!
Restaurant Tip : nearby in BIG C there are good restaurants at very good prices

Free ample car parking, good area close to beach, lots of channels on cable TV, breakfast ok and fresh, except the croissant, which were hard and stale. Air con a little noisy, bathroom a little old, some staff a little jaded. The hotel is nice, the pool is nice, the staff friendly.

it is nice and clean, good location, good swimming pool, and even more, they offer free internet. with this economic rate and services are very valued.
they have safe box in the room, and basic facility for a comfortable stay.

But the water level is too deep for the swimming pool, start from 150cm, up to 2M, which is not good for short people, i like to suggest the swimming pool water can be lower, for safety and more fun.

the hotel has some rooms further which are nice and quiet , away from the hussle and bussle , staff are helpful and nice wifi is limited to certain rooms , or the lobby where the mosqitos eat you . The hotel is write next to the the big C shopping mall , so its handy for that , I was working when here , but its not really the place to relax , as it is situated in the epi centre of pattaya , there were some famlies in this hotel , but i would recommend others hotels for families considering the location of this hotel . you dont have to walk very far to a bar or beer bar , the pool is ok , but some of the rooms dont have a great view .

Excellent location,friendly staff,very relaxing pool area and great food. The room i stayed in was at the end of a long corridor and would have prefered to stay in one near the pool which had somewhere to sit outside,mine had no balcony area.The aircon took a while to cool the room after putting the keytab in,i was sweating after a shower and had to wait a while to cool down before getting ready to go out at night.The main road(2nd road)was sometimes difficult to cross and i had to do this many times a day. I enjoyed staying at Sabai resort and this is my second time i've stayed here.It was great value for money and have stayed in much worse for more money.I really liked the location of the hotel,the beach only 5 minuites walk,a big shopping mall next door and plenty of bars,restaurants and massage places nearby.The food was great and not too pricey and the staff were friendly and reliable.The best part would have to be the pool area,it was relaxing and away from traffic noise and great for sunbathing.I would definetely stay here again
Restaurant Tip : Theres an excellent Thai restaurant next door where many Thais and bus drivers eat,excellent seafood and not expensive

Older hotel, but well maintained rooms, friendly staff Can be noisy with people coming back to the rooms late at night Having been to lots of other hotels in Thailand of the same age and quality, I was surprised to find that the rooms were very well maintained, very clean and everything worked. Just watch out for the aircon. You have to turn it back on when you return to the room.

friendly staff, nice lobby, nice pool area, menu card looks wicked, good breakfast aircon a bit noisy, charged me 10 baht because they've called the bus station for me, to check the schedule Stayed there with my father for three nights and the staff is very friendly no matter if it's the day- or nightshift. The pool looks fabulous but I've never swam in it reckon it is good for chillaxin after one of those crazy party nights in Pattaya. Except of the noisy Aircon (Generator is next to the window) this hotel is really quiet, give it a try, you won't be disappointed
Shopping Tip : As mentioned by other guests, BIG C is only a few meters away, no need to take a Baht Bus

good location, and swimming pool. internet is not available in the room, only in lobby. a good place to stay near by shopping area, Big C, and many good restaurants are there as well.
Pizza hut, Chinese and Japanese food are all available in the zone.
walking distance to the beach, and many bar to enjoy a beer also.
find travel agent to arrange a island visiting tour is the best ideal in Pattaya.
good swimming pool, and facility there, clean and comfortable room. very good location in pattaya. i will stay there again.

Also close to main shopping center and night markets and Alcazar Noise Isolation is weak, so that if anybody do something in his room others can hear it like having sex or watching TV I spent three nights at this hotel, everything was expectable and so adorable. I recorded nice memo from staying there in my mind. Highly recommend to go their if you don't mind to be beside the beach.

location. The feel of an quality hotel. Friendly staff. lovely pool noise outside room window (car cleaning business). The room are basic and small This is our second stay at Sabia Resort. We choose again because we where so satisfied last time we stayed here. On arriving we are greeted with a smile and a no hassle check-in. The staff are so friendly and pleasant and quickly become friends. The breakfast is a good start for the day but is better with more choice if you don,t leave it too late in the morning. Our rooms are somewhat small but are cleaned every day.
Shopping Tip : The Big C Shopping Centre is a 2 minute walk from the Hotel, great for reading books, snacks, internet and clothes.
