too far away from the centre,very small pool about 8 beds,breakfast rubbish
Booked in here at last minute as party of 5 had moved from Koh Chang because of rain.In Thailand for 4 weeks and this was the worst run hotel I have stayed at.Breakfast poor ,no bacon on menu only processed pork sausages and ham that tasted of nothing.
Hotel Feature Tip : Stay clear of this hotel,u have been warned.

Very nice staff.
Good value.
Very good location.
Breakfast is good.
Somewhat worn down rooms.
Internet reception is pretty bad in the rooms higher up.
Drinks are quite expensive for this level of hotel.
I stayed seven nights at the Sarita with my girlfriend.
The staff is very nice and it really makes up for some of the downsides of this hotel.
Be prepared to see a cockroach or two in the bathroom though...
The location of the hotel is very good if you want to visit Pattaya without staying among the bars etc...
Nightlife Tip : Visit walking street at night, it's like a bizarre circus.

if this is only 3star,why pay for 4 or even5?almost everythings superb.polite,friendly and not intrusive..helpful..very good superior room,clean,nice decor,good ac,bath,shower.room cleaning times bit inconsistant..no big deal.nice clean towelling.nice breakfast buffet..caters for lot of different races and open 6-10am.only accross road from beach and free beach towel daily.this was our 2nd stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.book through agoda.its cheaper than booking directly.check website.
Travel tip : cheap food outside hotel.you do get tooted by tuk tuk drivers a lot and touts.10mins to pattaya..loads of bar-girls!!!
