Near to the town

small room. the hotel location is near the beach, u can get meter taxi, tut-tut car and motor taxi easily. 7eleven is opposite of the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Pubs are around the hotel.

The hotel location is closed to the Pattaya city. Easy to get to the seven eleven which is just opposite to the hotel. And near to the walking street and shopping mall in Pattaya. The air-con of the room is very cold. The facilities of the bath room can be improved.
Nightlife Tip:
be aware for the sexy show(Guy or Girl). Ask clearly before you enter. I was waiting for 10minutes but the show still hasn't start. But the charge is not expensive, just 1200bat for a botol of beer.

Good location in central pattaya and shopping area

the hotel has good location since its close to the shopping area and the beach side of pattaya, rooms size are good with separate bathroom and multi channels tv. staff were very friendly and helpful with a big smile at all times,
over all the hotel was clean with a good service.
Shopping Tip:
If you like to make shopping then you can visit carrefour pattya or festival central mall which is close to the hotel in central pattaya.

Sawasdee Pattaya Hotel was a pretty good stay: clean rooms, helpful staff, damn good prices, pretty good english and good location. Definitely somewhere I would recommend whether you are alone or with company and on top of that the location is pretty good too. Also it's not to far from the action so getting back to the beach front is not a pain.

friendly helpful staff. arrived in taxi - was hard to find. so many hotels have sawasdee as name. long walk to beach. lots of shopping only short walk away. bars, etc in same block as hotel. good value for the money.

Hotel looks like built inside old warehouse. Superior room looks worse than standard one but it's cooler and could sleep without aircon. Can't close doors without slamming so you hear everyone on your floor moving about.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book standard room instead of superior.

Book as my third choice as my usual hotels were full. Nice room, if somewhat smaller then the other hotels, but had obviously been recently painted. Breakfast fine, freshly cooked eggs rather than a buffet. Staff friendly. Had car parking which was a must for me

Plenty of bars around and not too far to Walking Street.

location is good , you will find that the receptionist is so helpful with lovely smiling face both on day or night shift staffs . for location ,it just takes about 3 minutes walk to mike shopping mall which the shopfront you can buy tasty fruits there .

I booked the room online as it was peak season. I was a bit disappointed with room size, breakfast, and the light switch near the bed that acted as a conduit for noise from floors above and below.
Much better accomodation available at hotels and bars nearby if available
Could not fault the excellent staff, they were very helpful and pleasant
