its just ok,nice stuff but they are charging everything my key got broken and was not my mistake but they insisted that i have to pay for it .anyway its near to the beach.walkin street.not noisy and smilly stuff.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. The location is very good for the nightlife.
No problem with bringing women visitors back to the room and no extra charge for this. The Thai lady leaves her ID with reception while she stays in your room which offers some protection should anything go missing from your room.
Room was quite acceptable at this price - I would stay there again.

Problem with air conditioning

This time I had a problem with the air conditioning system.
Apart from being really inefficient, I believe the filters are had not been cleaned for a long time and that cause an unpleasant smell in the room.

Located in the heart of soy Diana which is good for people who like bars coz there plenty of them around. Good for people on a budget holiday(cheap charlie- as thai people say). Close to 2nd road as the three main shopping centers are located near by. The hotel was'nt the best, but for the price i paid i can't complain.

The hotel is cheap and the staff is pretty friendly. I would say its definitely worth it to stay here if youre gonna stay alone. not the place to take a girlfriend tho. The towels in this hotel smell awful i dont know what they do with their laundry. you get what you pay for

location wise was pretty easy to find the hotel.staff performance was so so,at times pretty reluctant to help and offer other advices.they just do what they want to do.but for a hotel at this price,i guess this is what we can expect,and this is what we will receive.overall a pretty decent hotel that i will choose to stay in again,and the price that they offer is really awesome.

i have stayed a this hotel many times, i am always greeted with a smile and how are you again sir, which goes a long way these days. although the hotel is old the new try to keep on top of things, the rooms are cleaned daily although you still find the odd trial of small ants. The hotel is walking distance to the beach nad is just of soi backow road which these days is seeing more and more of the action. the bear bers are a thing of the past.Everyone in the hotel is friendly and will always help if they can.
Shopping Tip:
mikes mall but barter, or soi backow market, end of soi backow on fridays and tuesdays

Best price for looking hotel in Pattaya
Cheap price, comfortable, have car's parking, easy to find everything as shops, restaurant, money exchange, bar....

I stayed in Sawasdee Pattaya hotel 2 nights. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. Breakfasr was ok. I really enjoyed when i stayed this hotel because this hotel was located a short walk from the Pattaya 2 Road, near beach, near shopping center and easy to find Tiffany's show and Alcaza's show.....I will come and stay in this hotel again.

nice lobby easy check-in large roomsm clean good cleaning staff, good location

stayed at the sawasdee patttaya hotel during son klan. hotel was in the middle of the wayer festival, however participants were not allowed inside the hotel. last day of the festival a party with live dj/music and dancing was right across the street. a good time was had by all.

location is fine that you don't have to go very far for anything
