None - apart from across the road you a brand new budget hotel for the same money with working every thing... Smells funny, Ac does't work, toilet doubles as shower, breakfast is waste of time. just turn up to Soi Dianna in Pattaya and try your luck! so mnay buget hotel for £10 anight that a less than 2 yeras old, so all facilty are current and new.

Rooms were dirty and ugly. The towels they provided had paint stains on them. The bed was hard. Hotel is located in red light district. The shower was difficult to use without tripping over the toilet...while showering! They want a fairly large deposit for the key (I forget the exact amount, but I was thinking "wow" at the time). There were strange smells at various locations throughout the hotel. Generally, it was pretty noisy. My plans were to stay here one night and leave EARLY the next morning. I ended up changing my plans so that I could leave that night. I'm so glad I didn't have to stay the night. Hey, Pattaya is expensive. I advise that you suck it up and pay the extra for a decent hotel during your time in Pattaya. I was being budget-minded (was only going to stay one night, after all), but I really regretted it upon check-in.
Hotel Feature Tip : Stay away from this hotel. I do not feel guilty giving this bad review. They do good business from farong/westerners off the street.

fast, smooth, planty, comfortable few receptionist when compare job,
very much for key value reserved
,my room designs no cloths keep them this is the first time to vacation in Pattaya and rest at this hotel.My impression in information recieved from officer about changed resident from Sawadee pattaya to Sawadee sea veiw that every thing no problem.

Very central and conveniant location,in which to be based in Ptayya for beach nightlife and general access of Patayya Internet access expensive compared to local internet cafes. I was amazed that such a hotel offering outsatanding value could be found in the middle of Patayya.The staff were extremely courteous kind and charming.Rooms and all facilities were exceptionally clean.A very adequate free breakfast was alos included in the price.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.Well done on offering such a good hotel on a budget price.

The location of the hotel is not bad for those who likes to try local food as there's night bazaar within walking distance. The building and the rooms were a bit old so some minor renovation might be required. The hotel is located in an area where you can find local food and there's a taxi driver who's able to bring you to some tourist attractions and he's always in the hotel for you. Basically the hotel is suitable for those who are going to explore Pattaya.

Hotel is located in a good location. The hotel is located in a pretty convenient location where you can find local food and entertainment easily. A night bazaar is just within walking distance from hotel. A helpful taxi driver is always in the hotel to bring us to wherever we intend to go, his name is Yat. Over all, the hotel is not bad.

Without a doubt the best feature of the hotel was the staff. Always courteous, polite, helpful and happy. The girls at reception especially. My room was in need of some general maintenance.
Need repairs to table in front of mirror. The foyer was in good condition and comfortable. Hotel is in good location, close to both ends of the beach ,all the amenities you could ask for on the doorstep. Foyer well appointed and comfortable. Lift service good. Room could do with a bit of general maintenance. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard. Laundry like wise was done to a high standard.
Didn't dine at the hotel so can't really comment, gave a 4 based on the general standard of hotel.
Would say hotel would suit families and single travelers.
Can't state enough the great attitude of the staff, made my stay very easy and comfortable, spoke very good english always willing to help and always with a smile, top marks to them. Please pass that on to them.
Restaurant Tip : Robin's restaurant, located virtually right opposite. Extensive western and thai menu, buffet breakfast and evening meals if wanted. Great food at fair prices.

Location, Location, Location. A very basic hotel. Room was shabby with a old wardrobe that was falling apart. Fridge was not clean and of one of the days i was there the room was not cleaned and so no clean towels . There are much better value and cleaner hotels or guest houses in that area for much less or the same money.

Clean Rooms, well situated, Great Restaurant, friendly staff Although a Great Little Find - this is not in an Area for Families I choose this location from Agoda because it was so fairly priced and in a town I wanted to take in while traveling Thailand. Oddly, this turned out to be a well situated place for the single traveler. The rooms were well set-up, with a little basket of items you can buy, beer in fridge, cold AC, and a bed that came with a Mosquito Net. This place is located away from Walking Beach (recommend dropping the Baht to Motor Scooter over there rather than work up a sweat walking) but you are in another are that is saturated with Beer Gardens, bars and every type of massage parlour imaginable. The staff was average but the day manager turned out to be one of the sweetest people I had to interact with while visiting this country. All of Pattaya has a bit of hustle and bustle about it and this Hotel definitly takes part in the coming and going atmosphere - I would definitly stay here again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Without the Hotel Business Card (that they give you once you arrive) the Taxis will more than likely take you to one of the other Sawasdee locations - so make sure to tell anyone who is carting you around (if you lost the card) the hotel's full name. Otherwise, one of the branch locations will freely transfer you over to your correct Hotel. Do not try to walk to this Hotel from bus drop offs! You'll get lost, blister your feet, and sweat through your clothes trying to find it - stick with the motor scooter guys - they're fun, cheap, and a nice way to get a little sun while cooling off from that crazy SE Asia Heat!

Very nice for shopping and activities. I will stay at this hotel again. There are some group hotels near this hotel. It was little bit difficult to get to the hotel. There was heavy shower the whole night and the street in front of the hotel was covered with water and I could not go out anywhere. Please beware of the heavy rain, otherwise you can not do anyting outside of the hotel. But everything is in the hotel.

Cyber Point wireless Internet services (Wi-Fi) is available on the ground level just in front of the reception desk. You can buy an ID at the reception desk at (50B or more) and you can access to the Internet with your own laptop PC with a Wi-Fi device, or a desktop maintained by the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Kiss Thai food restaurant is open for 24H and very close to this hotel. (3 min walk) Many foreigners are eating food at this restaurant because of its low price and mild Thai taste. If you want to try the burning Thai-specific flavor, maybe you have to find a different place.

breakfast is rubbish if you want cheap accomadation you can get much better just by asking around this is low season but this place should be around .99 baht not 499 i would not let my dog stay here !
