Central to everything in Pattaya.
No elevator in hotel, so if you stay on 5th floor then you need to get your walking shoes on.
Good budget hotel - no frills and breakfast isn't too filling, but good value for money. Discount given when booking more nights after initial stay. Staff are generally friendly, but when confronted about being given a standard room instead of a superior, I was told that because I had a twin bed, it was the same as a superior room - total lie to try to cover up their mistake. Good overall though.
Hotel Feature Tip : No elevators, so request lower floors.

Friendly Staff and Safe environment. Smiling staff and helpful....
A safe and secure place to stay at a extremely low price. Well trained staff are very helpful and friendly to all customers. The self contained closet could use a replacement. Although very safe, if key for the locks for the closet is provided, it will enhance the security. The toilet for male to sit on is unconfortable. Toilet bowl needs to be more deeper for males. Prompt breakfast service. Well worth the price. Definitely recommend for young or people with budget mind.
Shopping Tip : Latest modern mall is at the walking distance with plenty of food places from budget to high dining experience. there is bowling and Movie theatre in the mall.(Central Festival mall)

Nightlife, restaurants, convenience stores within walking distance
The hotel is tucked away on a side street in an otherwise busy central location. However, the hallways and rooms have a hard tile floor so noise carries and it can be hard to sleep at night. The hotel and rooms are old, musty and tired, but clean. The room description did not call for it, but the room had a small fridge (mini bar), a nice extra. Wi-Fi internet connection is available at an extra charge. Breakfast from 8am to 11am.
