Big room, reasonable price, and good location
I stayed in the Deluxe room. The room was big and clean. The staff was nice and no problem with communication in English. It is situated in Central Pattaya and very close to Central Festival Shopping Mall. The location is the best selling point. Of course you don't expect good room and even no elevator and swimming pool. I will come back next time but sure to stay in 1/F
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to Central Festival and a lot of cheap and good massage parlor nearby.

Dirty, high traffic, noisy
We only could tolerate one night. The beds were rock hard plus the sheets were dirty. Early check outs must be a common practice since they had a prefilled out early check out waiver for you to sign. The area is not the best. It was very noisy all night and we did not sleep at all.
