1. very good location, near the beach & shopping mall
2. comfortable bedroom (sup class)
3. with breskfast provided, simple but ok
4. reasonable price (really valuable!)
1. strange (poor) design. a hole between bedroom & toilet. the sound & smell will spread out of the room. also, the light in toilet will directly show in the bedroom. so, I need to close all the lights

A bit far from night life
Went there for 2 nights stay in their superior room. And quite suprisingly their room is spacious for our average asian size. Comes with a bath tub too (I love bath tub!) Breakfast was ok though (not bad for a budget hotel). The beach is Less than 3 mins walk across the road. Reception is friendly. Travel to Walking streets took about 10 minutes walk depending on your speed.
Restaurant Tip : Seafood garden near walking street. Muay Thai boxing and Cheap food and Beer with nice sea view. Best for those on budget

Clean room which is good location just across the street to the beach. Near shooping center as well.
The light in bathroom isn't work but the staff fixed it very quick.

Shopping Tip : Just 5-10 mins walk to Central Pattaya which is alot of foods.
