The property is quite nice, away from the hustle and bustle yet not very far from the walking street and other shopping and nigt life places of pattaya.

A great place to stay with family and friends if you are looking for a budget property in south pattaya close to the beach and the night life area. It is nestled in a small lane away from the hussle and bustle yet very cozy place which is close to everything. the room ammenities are basics as expected from the budget class hotels.For its great price, it is definitely my choice for the next trip very soon.

Mike shopping mall is close to this hotel.

Overall I was happy.I have heard it too often in this town,the broken credit card machine,seems fishy.Construction site accross the street wasn't that big of a problem.Everything you need is very close by.The staff has been fine here.The area seems safe well lite at night.I have never seen any problems close by.I will stay here again.I like soi 10.

I have stayed here before.I like quiet,can't sleep with noise.I have never had a problem here or with the area.The room was clean,the breakfast was mostly good for this level of hotel.Everything you need is very close by.Clothes, laundry, mini mart all one minute walk.The staff has been fine.TV,fridge,AC all good as well,That's all I need.

Actually We stay there on 16th january, we have a very good experience of hotel, location is near to sea and staff are helpful. but they provide only two 300 ml bottle of drinking water per day...

Where do i start from.aumm.
Good location,this hotel is very near to the beach,hardly 5 min walk,bars,shops..you get to find all kinda shops,from parlors to spa's and shoppin area is very near by aswell.YOu don't need to get a car or a bike.Just walk and you can discover alot.Not to forget,restaurants are pretty near too.The only thing tht i didnt like was,the people at reception don't greet u nicely,they always have a very serious look on their face,but the TRAVEL DESK people are very friendly.Room condition was not bad at all.Nice hotel!!!!

The Hotel is really good value for money. The rooms are clean and confortable.There was just one problem regarding the noise, as there is a building site (I stayed there on January 2010) opposite the hotel, which makes it impossible to sleep after 8am. The noise is really bad. Other than that, I would come back to this Hotel.

The hotel facilities is not good. Need improvement.
There's no much thing around the hotel, the hotel bed sheet is not hygenic, unclean. There is alot construction going on around the hotel, very noisy. The breakfast provided by the hotel does not have a variety of foods even when the food is finish there is no replacement of foods.

There is beach around the hotel.

Sea View is a good place to stay
I like their breakfast. Staff at the breakfast are friendly. They smile and help us to have good experience.

If I can change it to be better I want the toilet to be more clean. Everything is perfectly fitted to the price. I love this trip at the Sawasdee Sea View.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You should go to swim at the Pattaya sea. It is clean now these days.
