Sawasdee Sea View Pattaya Hotel, Pattaya

Went there for 2 nights stay in their superior room. And quite suprisingly their room is spacious for our average asian size. Comes with a bath tub too (I love bath tub!) Breakfast was ok though (not bad for a budget hotel). The beach is Less than 3 mins walk across the road. Reception is friendly. Travel to Walking streets took about 10 minutes walk depending on your speed.

Clean room which is good location just across the street to the beach. Near shooping center as well.

On entering the room the porter spayed the entire room with air freshener later I discovered it was to hide the musty smell that was in the room. I found the room to be very small not much light in the room and there was mould growing on the paint work in the bathroom. We also had a run in with the management my girlfriend had left here glasses in the room when we checked out we went back later that day and got them back then she realised that she had left some of her make up as well so we went back again and explained to the girl on the desk she then called the girl that had cleaned our room at here home and then I was asked if I could return the next day to collect it. Luckily we had gone to another hotel just round the corner. the next day we returned and I spoke to the same girl on the desk to say we had come back to collect my girlfriends makeup and she just looked at me as if she had never seen me before she phoned house keeping to see where the makeup was and she then told me that it had been put in the bin. Not satisfied with this my girlfriend asked to speak to the manager the manager eventually came and apogees about everything but he said there was nothing that he could do he then phoned his manager in Bangkok to speak to my girlfriend who basically said that well you have checked out I don’t care. This issue was left at that. But I would defiantly not stay there again.

It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that great either. FOR THE PRICE I thought it was just fine. I would generally expect allot more from a hotel but hey, it's cheap. If your expectations are that you get what you pay for, you wont be disappointed. I will probably stay there again since the location is good for me and I would rather spend my money on other things than a hotel.

The room is small, no lift. When we check in we must deposit money and return when we check out. The breakfast is very good, there are bread, nodle, rice, juice, and fruits. One room get 2 coupon breakfast. The location is ok, close to the beach, only 1 minutes by walking. Close to the Mike Mall, The Rose Garden. The service is ok. I'm satisfied with this hotel, and I recommend this hotel if you go to the Pattaya City.

This is the right place that you can stay if you want to bear on everything, nightlife, shopping mall and the beach. the personnel on this hotel are very nice, they can help you in most of the thing that you want to know. This hotel is very clean. The price of the accomodation is affordable. You can rent vehicle in right price. I will garantee you that you will enjoy to stay here and for sure when next time i will going back in pattaya. I will stay in same hotel.

the only good thing about the hotel is the location, but other then that I would have rather stayed somewhere else for a few more dollars.

We arrived at hotel at 4:30pm. Hotels lead us the reserved room. Surprise! not clean-up yet. Why they could'nt to clean up the room until evening. We must wait about half an hour. Is this a reason of cheep? But if you like outside activities rather than hotel life, this hotel is just reasonable!

If Security would just do their job this would be great, but by them getting involved in matters that place to stay. Security giving they opinion to your guest when they arrive at the hotel. Even if the information was true he should do not concern them. Overall the Hotel in a basic hotel for people that only use the facilty for sleeping. Great rice for what you get. Stayed they on 43 or 4 occasion, just on this visit I had issues.

いつも宿泊しますが、まぁ　この値段でこの部屋ありき といった所でしょうか？？ 立地はそこそこですよ！ その筋の遊び目的の人にもアクセスはよいのでは？？　　 あまりにもWSの方に近すぎると、深夜まで白人達の 『ワオ！！』 とか 『アメージング！！！』 などの声がうるさく、寝る時は喧噪を忘れて彼女とぐっすりしたい人向けですね♪（まぁ彼女と言っても・・・）

Good location, Good price. Staff not very friendly. Room are not very clean, Some rooms water heater not working. NO LIFT

nice location minutes walk to the beach but no swimming pool. The towel not quite clean I can smell but overall it is good for that paid I paid only 18 USD for night and I have a great time in Pattaya
