No money charged for taking companions inside.

Some unsecured wireless networks available Standard rooms extremely bad and uncomfortable.
Wireless network not free and not available in all rooms. some of the staff in the reception very moody. So is the case with the restaurant staff. This hotel is recommended for budget travelers. But beware of their standard rooms. These are old, congested and uncomfortable. We changed to superior rooms by paying differential charge. Breakfast ok for the money you pay. People in the reception and restaurant are generally stiff faced. But most of them can be befriended by talking to them. Internet connectivity is a problem. But signals from some unsecured sources can sometimes be picked up at no cost. The hotel charges for WiFi connection; but available in some area only. They don't charge for taking companion to room; but take precaution of demanding and keeping their ID under their custody until the companion goes.
Nightlife Tip : Very close to all actions. Inexpensive.

Respectful employees, attentive, clean. None that I would think of, besides our water tap was a little loud. We stayed at the Sawasdee Sea View Hotel for our pattaya trip, and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place. The hotel employees were all well-mannered, respectful and ‘wai’ when saying hello. The employees were very attentive as they helped whenever we requested it. As for accommodation, it was very good for their price, well worth the money. Overall, for people that would enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay nearby pattaya beach, head on down to soi 10 on pattaya main road and check-in at the Sawasdee Sea View Hotel the next time you go.
Nightlife Tip : 10 baht 'song taew' down the road for 5 minutes and you are at Walking Street.

cheap and central located If you are Thai and aware of Hotels in this price segment you will be not dissapointed. The location is very central the soi tiny and the overall service OK. If you are western Customer, unless you really want to safe the last penny look for something a little bit more up so you do not have to write complaining reviews alter on.

Hotel close to the beach, walking distance to everything, had a good Thai breakfast, room nice. Staff helpful but not with a smile. The name is untrue. There is no sea view, only a construction site across the soi that began noisy work at 8A daily. The only view of the sea was if you stood in the narrow soi and looked 1/2 mile down it to the beach. Older men with white hair parading around with 20 something cute Thai girls even in the hotel. Soi so narrow vehicles had a hard time using it. The Sawasdee chain is a very good value for the baht, but don't expect luxurious accomodations. Rooms large enough for one, A/C good and necessary, clean, close to all the action but usually on streets too narrow for more than one car at a time. Still the brekkies are good, the staff helpful, and the bed comfy. Can't beat the price.
Nightlife Tip : If you are old and want a young girl this is your place. 24 hour shopping nearby, a cineplex, 3 malls a short walk to the beach. Bring LOTS of cash, credit cards frowned upon

Dirty swimming pool, reception staff without supervision, no services at all. They just offer you a room only. If that all you want, go and book it.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : you could go to china town or grand palace for 60B by meter taxi.

the house keepers are very honestly, too many point it made me disappointed I booked this hotel through agoda.com , when I did the check in in this hotel, they arraged me a room filled with bad smelt, I asking them to do me exchange another room but the hotel staff did not give me help so i only upgrade the room and paying more money, the room was still very dirty and all furniture were very old, after showeing, the bathroom filled with water cause the shower curtain was too short , I phone to the reception for asking help but no one came to give me help, I stopped in this hotel 14 days cause I had no choice to change another hotel because I paid a part of bill through my credit card before I check in through here agoda , the breakfast was rubbish, please don't stop in this hotel, if not, every one will have the bad happens as like as me

Friendly staffs, near beach. No breakfast for muslim, expensive internet service. Good service for budget hotel. Staffs are friendly. The hotel is located near beach and department store so it's very easy to find food and place for shopping. Breakfast should have name on each menu because I dont know which menu muslim can eat and should have atleast 1 menu for muslim.

Strategically placed on Beach Road, Stone's throw away from Walking street (for adult entertainment seekers). Property just right for back packers. Not recomended for families with young children. No facilities in the room. Closely placed near the hub of Speed boat operators to visit Coral Island, Non vegetarians can freak out, Vegetarians beware, Good amount of Roadside shopping for good Bargains

The reception is pretty good. Very helpful.
the breakfast was better than I imagined. The distance to the walking street is little bit more than the said distance. the air conditioner has no controls. You find it is chilling in the middle of the night Even though the hotel map says it is 5-10mins from walking street it is little bit far from it. But if you are staying for a full week it is ok. If not it will be a tiresome for you to walk and walk. But for enjoyment the hotel is good.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you run out of condoms don't be afraid. there is a spare in the hotel. hehe

5 minutes walking distance to Pattaya Beach , Frienddly staff ,Best Value Of Money. Small bathroom, not much clean.Breakfast not good. The Hotel is very good for low budget travelers. The location is very good. The hotel is also safe.Very near to night life of Pattaya. All attractions are near walking distance..They also have a nice bar. The Pattaya beach is only 5 min walking distance from hotel.. it its best for low budget travellers.

the room is clean, spacious and basic. Bath room is spacious too. the hotel is located at one of the small alley off the main roads. walking distance to the sae. It ca be easily access and convenient for food, drinks and entertainment. However, it is not suitalbe for single ladies, there is an open air restaurant serves very delicious green curry. Must try!!

close to markets, beach, shops air conditioning not very good, small rooms this hotel is a good hotel if you are travelling with friends and staying in a 4-5 star hotel - but require some privacy on occasions when you want to take a friend somewhere other than your nice hotel. It is basic with its look and not very comfortable to sleep in. But it does the job as a place to party in for a couple of hours a day.
