For Hotel, easy to find cause in the down town and colourful hotel so stand out (purple).
For Staff, warmly welcome and friendly also good advice both condition and other.
For Room, rather old room but over all clean.
For Breakfast, so so not special.
Overall, OK and I can acceptable if compare between Rate and quality, for my opinion if Full 10 points I chooses 7 points.
Nightlife Tip : You can find the relax place near the hotel, just cross the street and walk around there are Pub / Bar .

There is a massage parlor just down the below the hotel.
After a long day of walking and being outside in the heat, you want a bathtub to relax your aching feet.
There wasn't a plug in the room where I could charge my mobile and camera.
Cheap and cheerful. This is the third time we have stayed there and recommend this to anyone that wants to be close to everything.
Restaurant Tip : There is a great restaurant close to the hotel that sells great breakfasts.

Handy to centre of Pattya
Hotel fixtures and fittings becoming very tired
We arrived just after a downpour and all the area was flooded but the Hotel was high and dry once we got to it. We checked in with our Agoda Voucher no problems but once we got to to the room we found it very spartan a bed, two chairs, a table with a TV and a fridge. We had been spoilt in Phuket so we imeadiatly upgraded to a superior room which was adaquite. The staff as usual were friendly and helpful, breakfast basic and cleaners friendly and efficent.The Hotel is tired and run down with no sighn of upgrades in the last few years,cheap and central but we will look elsewhere next time..
Restaurant Tip : Still love the meals at the Butchers arms 50 metres up the road......
