Location is good for all amenities and only a 10 minute stroll to the nightlife of walking street.\nGood pool and friendly staff. Lifts out of order all the time, discrepencies over bar bills and poor food quality overall this is a good hotel and I would stay here again because the rooms are of a good standard for the price and the hotel is well located for all amenities including bars, shops, beach and restaurants, however I would urge not to order food from room service or restaurant as it is of a poor standard. If you are drunk and need to eat, 7-Eleven is right opposite.

This is the baddest hotel i have been in. Dirty and poor rooms, it smells bad. The location is in the city. Bad location. We left the hotel immediately and went to Sea Orchid hotel (its a very good hotel).

rooms, leaked, lift, room smelly get much better accomodation in pattaya at half the price. the only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff, everything else was terrible.run down, not even a blug it to recharge my phone!
Hotel Feature Tip : will never stay there again.this is a dump and very disappointed. not recommended to anyone.

Friendly staff and good location on Soi Buhkao. For the price this is an adequate place to stay for a few nights. Good location to the nightlife of Soi Buhkao and convenient to all areas of Pattaya. This hotel even has an acceptable pool. I often stay here if i need cheap (500-750bht) digs for the night.

generally clean and staff friendly location was a little different to what address implied (hardly the hotels fault i know..)Generally a little rundown. If youre just looking for somewhere to sleep for a night and not after anything flashy then this would be ok. Me, i'll try somewhere different next time. It was pretty busy the w'end i was there and the one lift in service was working pretty hard. i didn't eat there so cant really comment on the food. the mini bar and snacks were fairly extensive and reasonably priced. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was very basic and shower although very spacious was very low on pressure/flow. It had a window out to the hall with was a little concerning from a security point of view however the bathroom door had a lock on the bedroom side to offer some security should anyone squeeze in.

Dirty, uncomfortable, staff often unfriendly, located in a slum area If you see this hotel advertised on the internet,
don't let the pictures fool you. This place is a dump, located in one of the worst areas of Pattaya. It's not worth a few dollars you saved if you'd stayed at a nicer place.

The hotel has a roof and it doesn't leak, you get two free bottles of water each day and the housekeepers are really friendly. The hotel is not so nice, the rooms and hallways stink of stale smoke and it's not in a particularly "family friendly" area, even for Pattaya. This hotel is not that nice at all, the pictures make it look way nicer... I would not stay here ever again, for the price there are far better places to be. However, if you are keen to visit many bars and would like a convenient hotel close by, then this is the place for you!
Travel tip : Don't stay here.

es wäre schön, wenn die Duschen einen Duschvorhang hätten sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten in Pattaya-Süd. Vor dem Hotel steht abends ein Bus, der sehr gute Cocktails anbietet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool und Frühstück ist inklusive.

I liked staying at the Siam Sawasdee Hotel in Pattaya. Good service, people are friendly, nice hotel and good food. Good comfort for little money and everything was okay. Good rooms, good location and near the beach. I will come back sure, because I liked it there.

Value for the money. Big room. None really for a budget hotel like this. This hotel is situated at the corner of soi Buakaw and soi 10. Although a bit far from the beach but not for from "the action." Lots of bars around and you can catch a "song thaew" right in front of the hotel. The staffs are friendly and the room is clean and roomy. There is no bathtub and wifi is available at a cost, I think B100 for 30 minutes, the more minutes you buy the cheaper. I would recommend this hotel for singles and budget minded.

I would recommend hotel for those who like not only to see around this area but also like nightlife. There are lots of beer bars around this area. Room is also clean, breakfast is nice. Good value for the money.
Only one problem, it takes about 10 min walk to go to beach.

Good location, helpful personal, good breakfast. Water in shower are only "dropping". Loud aircon. This hotel is in good condition with helpful staff. It is a bit far away from the beach but not too far. Breakfast and cleaning is good but the water in the shower was without pressure. Good value for the money. I like too stay where can see people. The pool was clean. Can recommend this hotel.

our stay here was pretty good as its not our first time, its got all that you need really, it is central to all that you would want, night life, local shop right across street, laundrette, plenty of eating places. the hotel has a nice pool friendly staff and a decent menu at good prices though if you stay bed and breakfast the breakfast is not the best but you can have your coffee fruit juice and toast to get you started for the day.
