all furnituers are broken and very old in resturant and rooms. breakfast was very very poor.we had only two slices of bread with two fied eggs and little bit of jam and butter.room was not clean.towels were smelling bad. staff was not friendly.they don't care the guests.please don't go any one of sawasdee hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay as its not our first time we keep coming back to this hotel as its in a perfect location for all your needs, the rooms are basic but clean and it has a great pool with towels to hand and a bar for food and drinks with friendly staff. though i got bitten so mant times by mosquitos

pool friendly staff and a decent menu at good prices though if you stay bed and breakfast the breakfast is not the best but you can have your coffee fruit juice and toast to get you started for the day.

It is well located in central pattaya and not too far from anything. The staff will try to swindle you out of a little dough whenever possible It is cheap and good for the price but there are nicer places to stay. It is really too bad that the female staff seems to be able to do whatever they want without much consequence///.
Travel tip : only 10 baht for the songtaew

It is well located and the cheapest place in pattaya with a pool. The staff at the front desk will continually try to hussle you and con you out of money ranging from a measley 20 baht all the way up to a $1000 baht, so who knows??? If you need a cheap place and can be quick and on your guard with your money, it will be o.k.
Travel tip : 10 baht to take the songtaew to walking street, you are better off renting a motorbike for pattaya though, go ahead and rent at the office in front of Siam, a French guy owns it and is legit.

The aircon for my client did not work the first night. Upon check in the lady at the front desk wanted me to give her 3000 baht for the check in, but only wanted to write down a receipt for 2000 baht. It is clear that it is customary for the ladies at the front desk to fool you out of money whenver possibld and that there are no ramifications for this.
Travel tip : The thai boxing fights at fairtex stadium are awesome!

very attractive price comfort is limited - interior rather old and in bad shape.
no internet connection in the room.
breakfast location rather dirty i must say i had a very good stay there. it must also be noted that a had a superior room that was of an acceptable standard.
the comfort in the room is rather limited however i did not expect anything more for that price. i felt it is a good compromise between price. location and comfort. should one expect more than you find there i am sure there are many alternatives around.
Nightlife Tip : many bars just around the corner - beach road in walking distance.

Good location. TV had English chanels. Room was spic and span. Pool was great on a hot day. Close to dentist, bars motto, hire and cafes. great views of surrounding area. Staff were dodgy at the end tried to charge me for things I didn't have. When failed asked me to leave a tip... Alittle downer on stay

Unhelpful staff, cleanliness I arived at the hotel and the reception staff did not greet me with a smile or welcome to the hotel. It was case of passport and the room number which was on the second floor and i had to ask the way as there was no lifts. The room it self was small and dirty you could not put your bare feet on the floor as it was that bad. The bed was not made properly and the room smelt of stale.
Nightlife Tip : Good for travellers on a budget

away from the hustle and bustle of soi 7 and 8,but not to far away,nice location in soi buakhow very quiet at night. building needs a lick of paint but no big problem. well i have read most peoples reviews and to be honest im disillusioned as this is a budget hotel and one of the cheapest in pattaya with a swimming pool,and quite frankly the hotel was exactly what you need for a budget holiday.the rooms where cleaned daily and the bed sheets and towels also changed daily and to top it all you dont even pay a hotel fine for the ladies which cost me a fortune last time.the staff where also very friendly and to be honest i would totally reccommend this for the budget traveller.it also had really good air conditioning and i only stayed in the standard room,my cousin also stayed in the deluxe room and that was also fine.so definately worth a stay.i never eat a meal in the hotel at all so cannot comment on food but if you go the 7/11 opposite you can get a cheese and egg toastie for 27bht so no problems there.

There is nothing best. Everything is worst.
Its very old hotel and needs to be renovated completely. Its not worth for money. Initially I had booked this hotel for 2 days 2 nights, but checked immediately after 1 night. Bathroom's doesn't have good facilities. To be precise, this is the worst hotel I would have visited in my life time. I strongly recommend others not to go for this hotel One of the worst hotels.
Breakfast quality is very bad.
Beach is not so close, need to walk for 15-20 mins. Not a good place to stay

It was raining when I arrived.
They asked 1000 baths guarantee.I said that I don t want to give that and that I didn t had it.
They so to go to a ATM.I said it is raining if they want i could give my Visa.
By giving my visa the man looked all the pages.
After I asked if it s possible to leave my bags the next day and using the pool till 16 h .They said it was not possible only by paying a half day.
So unfriendly,and ugly room.The shower without curtain. So when you take a shower,all the bathroom is wet.
i can t believe it is 3 stars.
It was the worst hotel of my trip.
The only nice thing is the swimming pool .

Poor staff, dirty, worn & marked bedlinen. I was recommende to this hotel by a friend - I wish I had ignored him.
Firstly the bed linen was tired, torn and marked and everyday it was replaced by linem that was of the same quality - poor!
I had a major problem with a gross overcharge for mini bar contents that I did not consume, however due to a staff member error I was charged for.
I would have preferred to have moved elsewhere, however, having apid in advance I had to stay.
I do not recommend this or any of their other hotels.

When I arrive the TV have a very low signal, I tell this the reception, yes we will fix it, next day same, after 12 days I give up, than after 14 days we get signal, but I stay only 17 days, so I have only 3 days TV, very poor !!!
Restaurant Tip : there are some cheap and good restaurants in the market halls (Made in Thailand)
