-Water temperature is not stable. -Room door is not tightly closed, so the loud noise can enter the room easily.

Restaurant Tip : There are so many good restaurants nearby the hotel especially "Sudtangruk".

Where do I begin! 1. This hotel is full of Russians. We were the only English couple. They are rude and loud. 2. Loud russians who party til all hours and slam doors. 3. Pool area far too small with not nearly enough sunbeds. You have to get up early to get one. And people just leave towels on the beds all day and dont use them. 4. Terrible breakfast completely geared up for local and Russians.Not 1 single cup of hot tea or coffee despite many complaints. 5. Rude reception staff who are very unhelpful. 6. Cleaners noisy, rude and dint clean the room! 7. Beach abosulutely disgusting. DO NOT BOTHER. They dont have any sunbeds they are all deckchairs and all on top of eachother. Sea filthy with sewarage pipe nearby.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get the ferry at the start of walking street accross to Koh Larn. Be careful though to get the boat that only charges 20 bahts not the 150 bahts. They will rip you off. Then once on the island go over to Samoi Beach its lovely. Any of the beaches that side are gorgeous. We did this everyday to escape Moscow!!! Breakfast excellant in Rich man/Poor man. Literally 50 yards right from hotel down side street. Owned by an American guy and great american breakfasts. His name is Eddie. Great guy for local knowledge. If we had known about him when we checked in we would have moved there. he does rooms.
