the stay was ok but what we booked for wasnt actually what we got and hotel charged us extra money for a double room pool side when we booked n paid for sea view double room and when we arrived there they offered us a twin room which was on the other corner telling us it wasnt their fault. it was their fault cozz they made that room availabe on internet and when we got there they didnt give us the same room we booked for, and charged us extra 1000 rs for a pool view room which was one grade down to what we booked for (sea view room)

quiet,no noise from any nightclubs.Beach is across the street.Lots of cafes,street vendors,ATM's and 7-11's around

Surprisingly very nice- good value!
2 nice pools, good breakfast, nice beach.

We have been to the Pattaya area before and were not impressed with the beach or atmosphere, but the Sea Breeze is in a nicer, quieter area with a clean beach and shallow water for the kids to wade in. The pools were very nice - especially the kids' pool.

great budget hotel opposite the beach

A great value hotel with two swimming pools situated opposite the Jomtien beach. The rooms were well presented with the expected levels of appointments and a limited multi-lingual TV. A buffet style breakfast to cater for both European and Asian tastes. The location is on the beach front but is a 10 minute ride in a local taxi from the heart of Pattaya.

upon arrival and check-in we got a bigger room without surcharge and had sea view. the extra bed for my son was a bit undersized and bended, no prob, he slept in our bed. the breakfast was average and crowded, but ok. the 2 pools were nice and kept in good condition. only one thing disturbed us as we just left a pool towel after use at the pool (where a pool towel supposed to be) the manager liked to charge us baht for this. after long discussions we paid baht for this piece of fabric. whatever, for this price we would come back again.
oh, just forgot to mention that the shower water supply in the room was a mess, very unstable and for the first 2 minutes we opened the water a brown mess came out of the pipe. after that the water was clean(er):
