Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the hotel is nice and located centrally on jomtjen beach road. there is easy access to the beach and restaurants. staff is friendly allthough the english language is very limited for the most part. the room was nice enough, but the walls must be thin as you can hear everything happening in the room next door. overall i was ok with staying at the hotel, as the price was favourable. as a budget hotel i would recommend it.
Nightlife Tip:
by bus to Pattaya nightlife no problem

Staff kept looking as if they never seen a guest before.
Big room very hard bed and furniture very poor in quality.
The room was very dusty, and after a call to the desk some one came to clean out the room with a dry towel.
Elevator out of service.
Absolutely not worth the money we paid for.

The hotel is located right near the beach. Our room did not have a sea view, but probably the upgraded rooms do have a view. Our room overlooked the pool though. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart nearby. There were tour groups there from Russia and China.
The breakfast buffet was decent in a large coffee shop. However the noise was a problem, the cleaning team in the morning was near the room and talked a lot and had a loud phone ringing. The room next to us had a locking connecting door and the neighbors returned late at night and talked and watched tv. Thin walls or a problem with the connecting door for noise. We would probably try another hotel next time

all the staff from house keeping to the bell hops are great,vry clean pool and bar area,having the taxi and vans at the hotel are goos so you dont have to wait for a taxi.need signs in russian to tell them they can not hold sun beds from 7am in the morning for them self and 10 freinds,getting to the pool at 9am to find every sun bed has a towle on it so no one else can use but the russians are over at the beach having fun.sorry but my next trip in April i will be staying else where so i can try to relax by the pool and not have to get up at 6am to hold a spot at the poo.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
hire a motor bike as they are cheap and you can see more.

A perfect 'value for money' budget hotel

We had a very good time at this hotel. Earlier we were afraid of the facilities and cleanliness considering the room rent but we left more than satisfied.
Location is also good. A silent place with beach just walking distance. You can also find many water sport organizers just outside the hotel (though there are more if you walk towards the hill). The hotel doesn't offer exchange for INR !! so better carry dollars instead.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you get a twin bed, you can anytime get that twin bed converted to a double one. we got a twin bed room earlier so thought of getting it changed to a double bed room but on asking for it once, they joined the twin beds well !
