Great location and big rooms

Good location,just 1 min arrived to Beach Road and within 5 mins to Central Festival. Nice room, the area is big enough and the Wifi network was quite stable. As now, the main entrance has construction, not suitable for children and eldery stay cos all cars cannot directly parking there.
Restaurant Tip:
small restaurant in hotel lobby, u can choose other place such as Central Festival Shopping Mall.

i stayed me deluxe sea view room, for 9 nights. rooms are very large and bed is comfortable. also the stuff is friendly and always smile. swimming pool of the hotel is amazing, it has a very good sea view with a relaxing athmosphere. the only bad comment for the hotel is the road construction on the street, there is very much noise coming outside of the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Hotel is in the centra of Pattaya, just 5 minutes from walking street with tuk tuk. 1 minutes from Pattaya beach by foot. Central Festival is only 3 minutes walking distance.

Quiet Location, Terrace pool, 2 mins walk to beach

20 mins walk from the walking street but din't mind the walk along the beach.Entire strech between the hotel and walking street comprise of shops, malls, fast food joints, restaraunts.Could see the beach from the terrace pool which remains open till.Service was pretty quick and never heard a 'no' from the hotel staff.
Cons: noisy during the day due to construction of road infront of the hotel.I presume that would have been completed by now.

food is good, room is great, construction in front of hotel is a problem which will be ended end of november as they say but i do not believe so

the hotel located at soi 10, 5 min tuk tuk ride to walking street, 10 min walk to shopping mall below the hilton...i like hotel very much all my needs are satisfied there, rooms are specious and nice, but you need to leave balcony door open to get rid of the smell in the room, i believe there is rust on the ducting of air conditioning but not a big problem, very nice bathroom specious as well. i definetely suggest to stay here, only problem which is temporary is the main sewage system construction in front of the hotel which can end in a couple of months, hotel staff is nice.

absolut sauberes hotel mit super freundlichem personal. man sollte aber am besten ein zimmer mit meeresblick buchen, auch wenn diese teurer sind...aber das ist es wert.
das einzig blöde ist die baustelle vor der türe. dort wird der kanal neu gemacht.
aber dafür kann ja das hotel nichts und die baustelle wird ja bald beendet sein.
ich kann dieses hotel auf jedenfall mit ruhigem gewissen weiterempfehlen.
eines der saubersten hotels in dem ich jemals war. und die lage direkt an der beachroad ist auch top...
