Suprisingly Great
the cleanliness the size of room and the friendly and helpful staff

I would re book at this hotel The roof pool was wonderful for cooling off It had both sun loungers and a place to stay out of the sun. The neatness and cleanleness of the place was a huge pluss. close to the beach and public transport with outside convience and laudry options available.

VERY NICE, CLOSE TO GO SHOPPING & FOOD.THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE WIFI WAS A PROBLEM. LATE AT NIGHT I WOULD BE KID OFF AND COULD GET BACK TILL THE NEXT DAY.

An extended stay. New construction on the Beach Road side will to a large extent block the ocean views when complete. At this point, rooms like mine definitely need renovation, and even then really won't be worth the price I paid due to loss of view. Some unsightly wall damage in need of repair. Great location near the Central Festival Mall, Beach Road; 10 min walk to Walking Street; 5 min to LK Metro; yet the soi hotel is on not that busy or noisy. Do watch the motobikes though; they go way too fast for these narrow sois with pedestrians about. Many other restaurants & market areas nearby.

Our first minute in this hotel were welcomed by friendly staffs. The(Deluxe)room is new, very clean and lots of space, very impressive.
One thing they need to improve is car park which is too narrow and not many spots.

Disappearing Sea View

New hotel now under construction will block the sea view for the most part from this hotel when finished. Would definitely not pay the price I paid for this room once that happens. Room itself was fine but needs refurbishment; walls look like they've been badly undermined at their base by moisture from somewhere. There was some construction noise, but not bothersome for me. Some kind of very small bugs come up from the drains in the bathroom - not many, not that big an issue.

The hotel room is nice and the location is good
The hotel room is very spacious, and tidy as well. It is in walking distance to Central Festival Plaza which is so convenient. The staff is very helpful too.

In continuation of my previous review, the hotel is well lit, and secure at night to reach to as there seems to be a never-ending stream of pedestrian traffic at night. Pool on the top floor was great to relax at before a night out, and to catch a better view of the city. Hotel is guest friendly and respectful to all visitors. Hotel uses physical keys instead of electronic key cards which some may find to be an issue.
Shopping Tip:
For souvenirs and nick-nacks for your loved ones, try to stroll a little further away from the major tourist areas to find the same goods at better prices. Check out the Pattaya Night Bazaar on Second Road near Soi 10, just before Central Festival.
