Excellent style, with good taste. Stunning set up, overlooking the swimming pool AND the sea at once. Good standards for comfortable bungalows. Don't forget the spa...
3rd visit and starting to get fed-up with the small menu, even if nice. There is nothing but the sea, the sand and the sun. So if it is raining.....
Our 3rd visit, always relaxing, a mere 2 hour drive from Bangkok. A good spa, friendly staff, and a feeling of exclusivity in a seclusive place. Not much to do or see around... this must be why we love the place... If anyone is looking for karaoke or nightclubs, please don't come here !

Great atomosphere and good space
no internet PC, only one restaurant, no mini mart, average service
Excellent atmosphere and environment. Good value to stay. However, there is no shop near this resort, and only one restaurant. So, if you have no car, you should bring some food (sweets, snack, beer). Of course, you can use mini-bar, but those are very expensive.

Beautiful Settings. Clean and quiet. Good Spa!
Me and my family was there over Christmas and stayed for 3 days. Beautiful hotel with lovely garden and private beach. Really good spa but the pricing is in the upper segment compared to other hotels in this price range. Hotel has one restaurant for all meals which grew pretty boring after a couple of days. The food is a mix of western and Thai food. Prices ok. Beach is nice and without annoying salespeople wandering around. Room is very nice with outdoor shower. Also good selections of tv channel.

Fantastic staffs - friendly, helpful and very polite. We were upgraded for one of the Garden Villa to Deluxe Pavilion which is great - very modern, new and comfy with all facilities you could imagine! With Garden Villa, it's real privacy, a stand alone villa surrounded with trees and a very natural deccoration. Breakfast is always great as you can order hot food as an additional from buffet.
The location is quite far out of all the attractions - suits someone who got a car or doesn't want to go anywhere else. Internet fees should be complimentary in the room rate they've charged though.

With Garden Villa, it's real privacy, a stand alone villa surrounded with trees and a very natural deccoration but lots of mosquitos outside the room especially in rainy season. very beautiful natural therapy, Sea, Sand, and Sun are exactly together here.
Nothing to say, It is one of the most perfect places I have seen.
As I normal person, The Sea Sand Sun Resort has made me very pround and very happy. There is a place called Paradise on the Earth. So beautiful with natural scenarios, the Ocean Sea in blue color, the delicated Sand Beach in white and the Sun shine in nature color. All is so beautiful. Let me say, "Oh! My goodness, it is a real Paradise."
Nightlife Tip : It is only ten minutes to Pattaya and near to go to Sattahip which is the biggest Thai Navy Base. Morever, I can go to Rayong, Chantaburi during the day trip. Wonderful Life.

Well located, calm and exclusive. Good food, very nice swimming-pool overlooking the sea. Nice bungalows
Away from Pattaya, its crowds, its concrete and its noise. Brand new buildings, with very good taste in buildings, set up and style : a stunning view from the entrance lobby down to the swimming pool and up to the sea. A 90 minutes spa finishes the day in a wonderful way, before a quiet night in a comfortable bungalow.

A private beach, swimming pool, wooded garden
Monotonous menu, the restaurant, location
Leisurely break to enjoy the spacious grounds and a private beach, as appropriate, a swimming pool, and beautiful gardens muchak like this is heard. But far from the city of Pattaya's coming to the top is the inconvenience. Unlike the hotel way out of the limo, not a burden upset because no charges 550B, 300B, when he come back to catch sseongtaewooreul. Guests are local rather than foreign guests, most sophisticated services, such as the five-star hotel, but it's hard to expect, friendly staff and most of Sweet.
Nightlife Tip : If you do not know sseongtaewoona taxi driver here, so when you come back to explain that it is better to know the location.
