Stay a way dirty and terible staff

i travel a lot and special in asia and no the service can bee weary op and down here ,but this hotel is not normal lazy thai ignorant ,but the staff get angry for you wake them opp from day sleeping...and on the web side it look nice...not like that at all.
no it is 3 star ,but it was blood on the wall and toilet had left over from somebody else stay away

Ugly hotel, but chean and friendly staff

the hotel is actually ugly, rooms are okay but the furniture are very cheap and blankets old. internet wifi is not available in the rooms as they say here in agoda. i was very upset with that, but the staff change my room to one near the reception where wifi internet was actually available. the location is also far from everything (beach, parties, shopping malls) and if you're not driving your car or bike, it might be uncomfortable. for the same price i've got much better hotels in pattaya.

Poor location, standard style rooms

stayed here two nights, check in was easy. the room was quite typical. bathroom could have been better. no wifi, needed to buy lan cable from hotel to use internet.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The beach is about 15 minutes walk, towards the north end of Pattaya, not so crowded.

Quaint hotel with nice roof-pool

After choosing this particular location from arrival and departure convenience, I was pleasantly surprised with the good quality standard, cleanliness and staff proficiency. It was a good deal including breakfast and with the added benefit of the pool.

not so famous, and i couldn't find the sign of the hotel.
nothing to see near the hotel.
it's really far from walking street. 15~20min by taxi.

Hotel is quite far from the main tourish belt of Beach Rd, walkable (about 20 min?) though you'll probably want to take a shared tuk-tuk, which isn't a problem during the day when there are plenty and they are cheap, but during the night if you're far away, you might have to take a motorcycle back if you don't want to pay the much higher night rates for a chartered tuk-tuk, it'll be harder to find one heading back up Pattaya Central Rd. One plus point about its location is that it's next to Big C if you need to purchase amenities, and closer to attractions in the Sukhumvit Rd direction.
I paid relatively high rates (for Thailand) during the peak Xmas/ New Year holiday period, and frankly was somewhat disappointed with the standard. True, Seri Place doesn't pretend to be a five (or even four) star hotel, and its rooms were clean enough, but I've definitely stayed at much better places at even cheaper prices in Bangkok. I had a room on the third floor that was just outside the housekeeper's maintenance/ store room, so it was rather noisy with the housekeepers often congregating outside to chit-chat, and to hear the dragging of the cleaning carts etc. To be fair this happened mostly in the afternoons when I suppose most guests would be out, but the one day I tried to take an afternoon nap, it was essentially impossible, given the thin door/ walls. For a relatively new hotel the finishing was quite dated, and just didn't inspire confidence. Breakfast was reasonable (eggs, ham, sausage, toast, fruit, juice, coffee/ tea) though the ingredients were of clearly rather budget quality. No real facilities to speak of (e.g. gym), and only a tired-looking swimming pool on the roof. There was an in-room safe, but it was so small and light it was portable (laugh). Nevertheless I have to say that I did lose any belongings during my stay there, so at least there were no petty theft issues
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't stay in room! It's right outside the housekeepers' maintenance room, and noisy when they congregate. I don't know if there's a store room outside every unit 8 on each floor, but if possible request a different room.

nice room, new....close to main busy and noisy street...Included breakfast was very bad....cold eggs.. no choice...owner arranged for a taxi ride(the hotel car) for 200 baths for a 10 minute ride to bus station....a rip-off

Good hotel - rooms clean & spacious

not the easiest hotel to locate, even knowing the address - taxi drove around in circles for at least half an hour until shopkeeper directed us up a laneway. but once there the hotel was pleasant, desk staff friendly enough and the room was modern and spotless.
a moderate walk from most of the main nightspots, the upside being a peaceful night's sleep (if that's what you're looking for!).
Restaurant Tip:
There are a few all you can eat Japanese buffets in town - well worth checking out, good value.

The strength of this hotel is in the General Manager who is fluent in English and goes out of his way in terms of customer service. The hotel is a mecca for local tourists who may e used to the poor quality beds, thin walls noise, and construction noise... but it is not to Western Standards. Short stay this is fine, but not for long stays

nice new big rooms
very fast check in,quite new and big rooms whith balcony,swimmingpool on the roof.

the booking from agoda was in place for check in so it was very fast and you were quickly in the room which was large and looked very new whit a balcony and safteybox and even a showercabin not very often in hotels at this price,and ok toilet aminientes.swimmingpool on the roof is nice but no mattresses on the deckchairs maybe beacuse it was very hot during my stay.breakfast was ok but nothing special.staff is very nice and speaks good english and helps you whit everything,they helped me whith a printout from the computer inside reception,very good hotel for the price from agoda.
Travel tip:
its very easy to walk both to third road and pattaya klang where you can find bathtaxi for going where you want.
