Hotel location is very good.

the hotel is located right across the beach and has russian mgmt .. most visitors are russians or europeans .. the staff is quiet friendly ..
the drawbacks are -
there are no elevators so if your room is on the 4th floor you are up for some exercise.
also the location is about 8.5 kms from walking street .. but the Jomtien beach in itself is quiet beautiful .. so be careful of the location your chose ..
bikes are available on rent for about 160 THB a day from just outside the hotel ..
Nightlife Tip:
about 8.5 kms from the walking street ... lots and lots of street food and 7/11 options next to the hotel available

hotel is situated in a side street. its only some steps to jomtien beach. on the beach front are jeepneys to pattaya center and pattaya beach. to reach long distance buses you need to hire a motorcycle (pesos). the rooms are basic and okay. rooms can be to the street side or opposite to a green area. try to get the latter one :) wanted to change the room after arrival due to some minor problems. after a telephone call the reception proclaimed they are fully booked which was not true.
