very nice hotel, with good restaurants, very close to the see (opposite the street) and close to the walking street of pattaya, where the nightlife roars, but the hotel is very quiet. beautiful gardens and swimming pools and lovely decoration!

Great atmosphere, Nice hotel
Convenient to Walking street, very nice hotel

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice. The hotel is not very impressive looking from the outside, but once inside the lobby and garden areas are very nice. We were very happy with the room, with the exception of the air conditioning. It didn't seem to keep the room very cool. And even after the maintenance staff looked at it, supposedly fixed something, and said it would work better, it was exactly the same. Also the hotel doesn't include free wifi which added to the cost, something to look out for. But the location makes it a worthwhile hotel to consider as it was convenient to have a few drinks on Walking Street and then return to the hotel on foot.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to walking St

Really nice hotel. Very clean and reasonably modern (at 2012). I booked the hotel as it looked quite self-contained (resort style) because we didnt fancy venturing out into the sleezy city. I was very suprised when I checked the location which showed it right on the sea shore and next to the nightlife. It concerned me at first but the local night life was just far enough away to avoid too much noise at night.
The only down side was the smell from the local canal which runs throught the hotel grounds. This is only a problem when moving between buildings and shouldnt deter people from staying at this nice hotel. Oh, yes, great breakfast

Perfect location, lovely grounds!
Beautiful grounds and decor, garden pool, nice rooms, big breakfast buffet with lots of choices, perfect location
8.7
This was indeed a beautiful hotel. It is right on the Walking Street but at the same time at the very end of it so you can avoid the madness if you want to. We had an interior garden room so heard no noise. The garden pool was particularly lovely, as were the hotel grounds and decoration in general. Nice buffet breakfast with lots of variety as well, including Asian and Indian favorites as well as the standard Western items. The hotel is also located right next to the Bali Hai Pier from which you can take the public ferry or speed boat to Koh Larn island (about 45 minutes by public ferry).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the ferry boat to Koh Larn island. Lovely beaches, which Pattaya unfortunately doesn't have.

Room was a bit run down, but great location to Ko Lan pier. Facing to South Pattaya Walking Street, can see poeple 24 hours, but too noisy.
Hotel Breakfast was great with multiple choices, tasty!
Free parking of motor-bike.
Nightlife Tip:
Pubs everywhere outside the hotel.

awsum location on walking st. it is not female friendly for guests have to pay $ if they stay. hotel has it all and is very large only downfall is can be a long walk at nite to find ur room after going through reception and a long stumble to find it after a big nite out. awsum staff that will help u find anything or go to do activites ultra helpful.

Overall our experience was very good. Very close to the beach but far enough to avoid crowds. We think that the surroundings wer great and hotel staff was helpful.
Only complain we had was they were charging for WiFi in the room we thought that it was free.

it was my first time at this hotel. its not so impressive outside, nor in the lobbly area, and i was a little concerned it was so big - being a fan of boutique hotels. however the bayshore made it all work. th erooms are nice the gardens just lovely and the pool gives the whole place a real resort feel. this this despite being on walking street which is a real cess pool of a place! i particularly enjoyed the exploreer bar, off the lobby which has some lovely artifacts, and a nice old smell of wood and was polish
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Pattaya suffers from not having a proper taxi service, but cars are easily rented and there are so many places in easy driving distance. In fact there is almost nothing in Pattaya itself
