A great Holiday Resort
Location excellent at one end of the Walking Street.

Had great expectations. The room "Tropical Deluxe" was a disappointment. The entire floor was flooded with water leakage from the AC vent. The lift was out of order and one had to go through the kitchen area and use the Service lift!!! Altogether regretted having selected this hotel. The only saving grace was the variety of choice for the breakfast.

" Beautifully presented"
Service, friendly staff, good size comfortable rooms.

Lovely hotel/Resort, close to shops and nightlife. Our stay was an enjoyable experience, we were in need of nothing. Breakfast Buffet was great, the dinner buffet at the hotel is worth experiencing.

The hotel is lovely, with spacious rooms
At the end of walking street, bag opposite pattaya beach. Did not spend time travelling as places close to the hotel.

It is very close to pattaya beach, night was beautiful, did not travel much, could relax a lot, serves dinner next to the beach. It is at the end of walking street so did not have to worry about getting transport to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms viewing the garden is a beauty, must stay experience.

If you have to experience nightlife in Pattaya, please book this hotel

Good hotel and easy location
location, good food and friendly staff

although there was a problem one night we had a excellent time and the service good.. ..the hotel has a good location for ease of both beach road and jomtien beaches.. ..the restaurants are excellent and the staff overall were freindly and efficient.. .. the only drawback is the people hanging about the front of the hotel at night between the beach pool and the hotel

avoid walking street at night

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.
the location is at the end of a busy street where everything goes. this is not the place for young children.
the hotel has 24h security and now i understand why, it is not somewhere where i would stay again with the children.
if you are sensitive to odour this is not the place for you, the gardens and swimming pool area were unbearable at times.

this hotel was great value for money. we would definitely stay there again. we loved the tranquilty of the gardens. when we last visited pattaya we did not visit walking street at night, however, being located at the end of walking street, we experienced the unique atmosphere that walking street had to offer - it is very entertaining and a must do for everyone !

- got an upgrade with my room after coming to that hotel the second time and the room was very nice
- nice pool area
- although close to Walking Street very quiet

Nice 5 star hotel in sleesy location

Nice quality hotel located in the middle of the sleese of Pattaya. Located at the very end of the famous walking street. Hotel is nice but very huge. Good pool and excellent breakfast.
