Great location
I loved the swimming pools and the room
8
The hotel is nice and the room is very clear. You could easily walk to the beach or to the Walking Street. The only thing which I have noticed was the staff at Check-In counter or registration couner wasn't very friendly. Lack of smiling compared to what usually the Thai people will do. On my hotel booking I asked for breakfast included on my check-in the lady told me twice (not sure why she has to repeat telling me) breakfast is not free but I can pay 707 baht for each breakfast. US$24 for a breakfast is pricy. Anyway, I think she could inform me in a better manner.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Going to Pattaya from Bangkok you can take a BTS and get off Victory Monument, exit #3, you can take the 16-people van to Pattaya only cost 100 Baht and the ride will takes about under 2 hours. If you tell the driver you want to go to Siam Bayshore he will take you to the hotel lobby. On your return to Bangkok you could call them at # 080-0906540 and they will pick you up from the hotel lobby, same price only 100 baht. Excellent service.

Syayed here 4 time, and have never been dissapointed, the staff are great the breakfast is first classs (ensure you have it included in your booking or its quite pricy).
A nice stroll out the door into the night life of walking street.
Restaurant Tip:
Many great resyraunts near by so save some cash and avoid the good but slightly over priced hotel restraunts for lunch and dinner,

From the moment we walked in the service was exceptional! Our room was clean and well-appointed with all the comforts you would expect in a quality hotel.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Welcoming sanctuary after Walking Street
Lovely pools and gardens, friendly staff, quiet at night

We arrived on Friday and stayed for four days. Check in was a bit slow but we were given complimentary tea and coffee while completing forms. Rooms were clean and tidy. Perhaps plumbing needs to be updated as toilet backed up our first night. We prepaid for breakfast and we all thoroughly enjoyed the buffet on offer. There was such a variety. We also ate Chinese one night and another meal in the Sunrise/Sunset restaurant. Food was very good and staff lovely and helpful. We all swam at the garden pool every day.
Travel tip:
Put your towels down when you return back after a night out to reserve your poolside lounge. If you wake up early do it then.

nice hotel with great pools, best for families
7.7
the hotel is huge, really big so u may get lost in it, has great pool area both inside the hotel as well as next to a beach, it does not have private beach, the beach is used by fishermen to offload the fish etc.... pools are great I must say, definitely a place to stay if u have kids, just steps away from walking street and main nightlife, hotel charges for extra person for a night (expensive)............ great spa, spacious rooms with veranda

Good location, but very noisy area
Breakfast was great, garden and pool area is nice
5.7
I would never come back to this place, location is good for those who are looking for fun and nightlife, otherwise would not recommend. Pool and garden is nice, but the area is noisy. Initially they offered a room where the aircon gave an unbareble noise, so finally they changed the room for a better one. Deffinately not value for money. Also we ordered a regular taxi through the reception to go to Bangkok, first they said 1100 baht, than they said it is holiday season and we have to pay more, finally we agreed 1300 baht

Good hotel with great service
Good pool with great poolside service.

Booked this hotel fairly last minute when looking for somewhere to spend New Years. In a really good location for those that want a quiet retreat but still be within just a couple of minutes walk from everything that Pattaya is famous for.
We paid for the New Year garden party drinks and dinner and they did a really good job with fun entertainment and fantastic buffet food.
Shopping Tip:
Royal Garden Shopping Center and then a walk down walking street outside for roadside bargains. Also near the Go Karting which was good fun.
