This hotel is first class, and alot cheaper than it looks

none

Its quiet, not to far from everything, the beds were the softest on our entire trip, all the staff were very helpful, the food was good and after a day playing golf the room airconditioning was great.the pool over at the beach has one of the best views and is on the beacc with a bar..

Travel tip : Golf, golf, golf.. the best courses ive played are within half an hour, and ive played alot of golf courses

Clean, spacious, new, smart, great pool, interesting gardens and layout. Amazing buffet breakfast with sections for thai, japanese, indian, american, vegi,

The only downside was maybe caused by the recent rains. a river runs through the gardens and it gave off a localised smell

This hotel is a pleasure to view. The staff are friendly. The rooms are in sections round tropical gardens featuring statues, fountains, ferns, pools, carp etc. The covered walkways are charming and the pool big and assymetrical with teak sunbeds and towels in ample supply. The rooms are refurbed and great bathrooms light and new. The handsoap is lemon flavour. The tv was a bit old but ok with one movie and many national channels.

Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is a perfect place to relax all day ready for a high energy night out

Close to centre Walking Street

Far too long to walk to the room and out of the hotel. Not as nice as in the pictures it shows.

Ok, but better hotels around.

Nightlife Tip : Centre of the nightlife.

good location, very good food in the restaurants

beach near the hotel is not good, cannot swim in the sea

I have stayed for a 3 days in this hotel. It was very nice and clean, with good location near the walking street. The breakfast buffet was good and the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. Very nice swimming pools, friendly staff. Can recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Pattaya.

-good breakfast -near "Walking Street"

-we caught at least 4 mosquitos upon entering room. -room was damp and musty smelling. Sheets also felt damp- no a pleasant feeling. We could not open the window nor door for fear of more mosquitos.

I will not return to this hotel for the above stated reasons in the cons section. Additionally, the front desk staff did not appear well versed in English as they could not understand my concerns. Air conditioner was either really cold or warm...themostat appeared to not work consistently.

beautiful grounds, art, buildings. Fabulous breakfast.

--reserved queen bed, arrived to be told that only had twin bedded room. Soured my whole stay. --hotel is too big. --construction noise --awful smells in ponds after rain

Hotel is gorgeous, rambling on with beautiful grounds and buildings and ponds and pools. So large you can end up doing a lot of walking... Reservation was for a queen bed; they said they only had twin bed room, and did not offer any way to make up for it. Definitely would not stay there again because of this. Breakfast was fabulous, with an enormous number of choices. Hotel is at one end of the walking street, which may be your idea of nirvanna, but not ours. Worst thing about location is that after walking street closes to traffic, can't get a baht-bus (the basic form of transport in Pattaya) anywhere near the hotel.

Very comfortable, affordable, great location.

Breakfast at 700 baht is too expensive for what is offered.

This is a luxury hotel at the end of Walking street -- a lush oasis secluded from the night life, and a fantastic place to impress a date. Near massage, excellent restaurants, quiet and elegant. Have stayed 4 times this year. Highly reccommended.

location, room, and breakfast

nothing

located at the end of famous pattya road with all those bars. so it was quiet, but if you are into venturing in to those bars, then you are just a walk away. they have 2 swimming pools. 1 of the pool is located looking over the sea and quiet. This one is much better then the 1 situated in the middle of this hotel, because too many people and kids. Many differnt selections at the breakfast buffett. Make sure to try out the fresh fruit drinks they make for you.

Enviroment is great and quite place.

But bed is not comfortable, specially pillow.

The hotel is very close to walking street and just walk down 5 Minutes to beach. And it is easy to get food. And hotel room was very clean. But bed is not comfortable, I can not fall asleep because of uncomfortable pillow. Staff service is just normal, no special. If have chance to pattaya again, I would like to try another hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : have a great place in the beautiful mall to see sunset by Walking down ~20 minutes

Great security, design, food and general staff. Peaceful suroundings in a wild city.

Price is a little high, concidering the deals offered elsewhere in this economy.

We had a wonderful time in this wild city, but coming home each night to this wonderful quiet hotel, really felt like coming home. The staff was beyond great, the room was clean and very comfortable. The resturants and bars were great at the hotel. Great access to the beach and night life.

The staff were attentive & helpful. The rooms were well furnished & very clean

There was construction noise in one part of the hotel & friends had to be moved to the main part of the hotel. The swimming pool was accessible via a flight of steps & other steps along a covered walkway

I arrived at the hotel early in the morning & my room was ready at 10am - much appreciated after a long journey. The staff came to where I was sitting & completed the checkin formalities. The rooms were clean & well appointed, but I was in the de luxe section of the hotel. The swimming pool was very nice, but reached by going down a flight of steps & other steps along a covered walkway - not appreciated after I hurt my knee. The jaccuzzi was cold. The buffet breakfast was very good & plenty of staff to make smoothies, cook eggs etc. I asked at the desk for the phone number of a local restaurant & failed to get it after 20 minutes but the staff tried to be helpful without success. The hotel is at the end of the walking street & if you don't want to run the gauntlet of the walking street at night get a baht bus to take you to the hotel.

Restaurant Tip : If you want a good Thai restaurant get a baht bus to soi 1 & go to restaurant Somsakdi which is about half way down the soi. Excellent food & Mr Somsak is a delight. We asked him to choose for us from an extensive menu & he made sure we didn't order too much. Dessert & liquers were delivered free to our table - the best meal in 2 weeks in Thailand. If you need a baht bus, turn left as you leave the hotel & be prepared to bargain as you should pay less than 100 baht to go to north Pattaya.
