The hotel upgraded us to an executive room, and all amenities provided were top draw. The hotel is well maintained. The restaurants were classy and the staff were extremely helpful
I would recommend this place to my friends and family... its been a relaxing stay at the hotel. and moreover when staff are that friendly, you just have nothing else to appreciate them for an excellent service.
Nightlife Tip : Good nightlife.. but never go to the Walking street bar and restaurant as they were a bunch of racists who denied us entry to the club as we were Indians... It was a horrible feeling and a left a bad taste in our mouth about our trip.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Rooms v big and set to a v high standard and clean. staff welcoming and cant do enough for you even bringing cookies for you every evening nice little touch. i could not say enough about this lovely hotel. Hotel is 1 minute from the night life restaurant bars ect but just far enough for it to be quiet enough and v relaxing in the day time.

Rooms v large and to a very high standard. The hotel is also dead bang in the middle of everything you need in Pattaya
swimmingpool a little small but not to bad
I went to the siam bay resort for 3 days in september and found the hotel great. The rooms were excellent v large and v clean. The reception staff helpful and the rest of the staff could not do enough for us and seemed happy to do any thing. I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya but would say thius hotel is one of the best and with the location you would have a problem finding better. We were v happy with our stay thank you
Nightlife Tip : Walking street right next door

2 swimming pools, private beach site and fantastic breakfast with freshly blended fruit juice. Within walking distance to the Walking Street.
Some parts of the garden are under renovation. Smells like a swamp.
My 2 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siam Bay Resort. The staff were all pleasant and courteous. We were so tanned and relaxed after a body scrub and 2 massages when we came back home. It was a great weekend overall with lots of pictures of the night scenes along Walking Steet. We will come back again for sure.
Hotel Feature Tip : 2 swimming pools and the hotel private beach site.
The Royal Garden Spa & Massage.

Clean rooms. Great pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Really close to the walking street action but still a very quiet location. Guest friendly - take ID but no extra charges.
The hotel is set over quite a large area so it can take a while to walk to your room.
Stayed for 3 nights in early September with a room overlooking the pool. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly. The location itself is right in the action off the southern end of walking street but the hotel itself is very quiet. Hotel staff were friendly to guests and were eager to make my stay enjoyable. There are several good quality restaurants on site although they are little on the expensive side. Room service is good quality also for those late night snacks. The hotel is set over a very large area so the only potential downside for some would be the considerable walk to your room - didnt bother me however.

Good value, nice rooms, great pool area, friendly staff and a quiet but very central location.
No real issues, however the distance to rooms could be an issue for some.
Stayed at the Siam Bayshore for a few nights in early September. The resort is older but has been well maintained and there are extensive renovations going on in some areas. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. Stayed in a tropical deluxe room overlooking the pool. Large shower, seperate bath, plasma screen, good king size bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They are guest friendly (with ID) and the location, although 30 secs from the southern end of walking street is very private and quiet. Highly recommended for those looking for a nicer hotel than most around the area.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel has a range of good quality eating options. The room service is good quality and value for money. There is a BBQ across the road from the beach that must be checked out at least once. Plan to spend some time relaxing by the pool with some of the excellent cocktails on offer.

Location, location, location - if you want walking street access there is no other choice.
Some rooms are a hike to get to parts of the hotel and out onto the street and internet is way overpriced
Get the upgraded rooms because the bathroom and room quality is 10 times better for more. Breakfast is good but unless you wind up staying up all night for it, chances are you get this hotel because you are here for the walking street nightlife and you wont be awake for breakfast so its a waste. Internet is pricey (like $25 a day) but the room is awesome and the pool, tennis courts (extra fee but not much) and general atmosphere are 5 star. The room service is a 7 out of 10.
Nightlife Tip : On Walking Street Goodfellas is the hidden gem midway down on the second floor - they have A/C, pool tables, live music - the best! Yakuza Burger is below them - best burger in Pattaya! Airport is the best gogo, ibar the best pool table spot but always busy so try coyote bar near beach road entrance cause it is air conditioned and always has tables available.

Fantastic pool set in a beautiful garden. Lots of orchids in pots on the tables adding to the tropical feel of the resort.
Can't fault the hotel on anything.
Our stay at the Bayshore was faultless from the moment we arrived. The reception is cool and inviting , we were welcomed with a drink and a snack whilst the staff confirmed our booking arrangements. Soon we were whisked off to our room in the new wing overlooking the pool - we had the wrong room configuration, but the staff quickly corrected that and soon we were settled in a king-sized bedroom overlooking the pool on the second floor - just fantastic.
That part of Pattaya beach is no great shakes, but the two swimming pools more than make up. Walking street is a buzz of activity at night - decorative lights, music from the bars and plenty of action. Maps are deceptive and the Bayshore Resort is quite adequately situated - close enough to the action, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet when wanted.
Hotel catering was superb - breakfast is lovely and the chefs were consistantly good with making omelettes for breakfast, the selection of fruits, cereals and other cooked foods is great and caters for both European and Asian pallets.
We found the staff to be gracious, hospitable and politely accomodating - nothing was too much trouble or effort.
In conclusion - the stay was not long enough and we will be back.
Siam Bayshore Resort - well done and keep up the great standards of hospitality!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If Pattaya Beach is windy, a short "Bahtbus" ride to Dongtan Beach will ensure good weather. The beachside massages are incredible !!

The location is perfect. It's very convenient to get the the pier for ferry to Coral Island.
Siam Bayshore is very beautiful. Decoration is peaceful, tropical friendly and wonderful. But, it would be better if there's some cloth-drying facilit's at the veranda.
The air conditioner didn't absorb any moisture, but discharge water-vapour. The floor was wet during my whole staying period. I won't choose it again unless this problem can be solved.

The hotel itself was very welcoming and we had a nice room overlooking the pool. The staff were great and very helpful. We had a lovely Thai meal in the evening. The downside for me was Pattya itself. I expected it to be busy and in your face but it was just not my cup of tea. The location by the Walking road is conveniant if we want the girlie bars and lot of hassle but we were happier at the hotel!

Right next to the Mixx and walking street
This is one of the best value 4.5 star hotels i have ever been to! Awesome staff, great room (get the upgrade - its worth it!) and the location is second to none for anyone looking for nightlife in Pattaya. I live in Pattaya and there is beach road and walking street for nightlife and if you dont mind the tourist traps there is really a year's worth of stuff to do on walking street - this hotel is right next to it! The hotel is very cool about you bringing ladies back and will make them hold their ID at the front desk for your protection. Room service is pretty good and the rooms are very good.

Tropical wing near swimming pool was the best feature.
Seafood buffet dinner at the hotel was not worth the money. There were not much varieties and actually not much seafood choices at all. We are quite disappointed when we ate there as amount of money we spent we could possibly get better varieties of fresh seafood in any restaurant nearby.
Tropical wing room is very impressive with very well-maintained and beautiful surroundings. Staffs are friendly, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, waiting staff are polite and friendly. The facilities in the room are good as per starred standard. We really enjoy the swimming pool very much and it was really an enjoyable stay for my Pattaya visit.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We visited Koh Lan, it was an easy thing to do as the pier is located next to the hotel. It was a half day trip. Tiffany show was fabulous. There is a tour desk (World Travel Services) in the hotel at tropical wing you can ask the lady for an advice on any tours or activities.

Great rooms, food, pool areas, friendly staff
Special thanks to K. KK, concierge who is very friendly and remembers us each time we return.
No cons, but one comment. It is a bit strange that there are no staff at the front entrance of the hotel, especially when arriving back late at night. Anyone could walk in without being observed.
The Siam Bayshore Resort and Spa is a clean, well appointed hotel set in a quiet location, close enough to Walking Street and its entertainment areas, but far enough away to feel relaxing.
Hotel Feature Tip : Enjoy the pool opposite the hotel and watch the boats on the water.

relaxing hotel,quiet,clean&maintain swimming pool,great breakfast
far away from the main beach, center, mall
if you want to relax &enjoy the night life of pattaya choose this hotel, one of the best dining room,we took the garden wing it was very quiet but alot of insects(mosquitos ,cats, reptiles) it was impossible to open the balcony door-consider upgrading to beach wing&upgrade through this website i tried through the hotel it was expensive.
Shopping Tip : if you want to do all your quality shopping go to tha mall it`s cheap then "mbk"or"siam paragon"
