superb staff,well appointed room,everyone very helpfull saved 50% of rack rate. Breakfast buffet superb but expensive at $17, but well worth the money. Very good facilitys 5* for 3* price
Internet very expensive,laundry ridiculas but can go out side hotel for both services without too much effort
stay there again no hesitation best value in Thailand so far for me.I took the time to send personal email to general manager complementing his staffs professionalism and efficency. I am staying at the hotel again next week and would recomend to anyone. No seedy old men with young women wandering round ,security excellant

Everything was very good, room was very clean and quiet. Location was handy to everything.
The only thing I didn't like was the cost of the internet ..17 baht a minute and the internet cafe next door was only 1 baht a minute and I could use my laptop.
A very nice hotel with great service and location.
I would happily stay there again. Check in and oout was quick and efficient. Staff were always ppolite and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the fast boat to visit the islands .. the slow boat is very slow! and the time on the island reduced because of the travel time. The fast boat is well worth the extra cost.

Very clean room. Wonderfull view on ugly Pattaya and the lovely sea
Breakfast should be included in the price but wasn't. Both internet and laundry services are too expensive.
A very nice clean hotel with good & friendly service. The room was spacious enough, bathroom ok.
Travel tip : Right across the street from the second rd entrance there is a small place where they serve a decent breakfast for a very small price.
