handy location with entrances from beach road and 2nd road,very private hotel layout. internet charges are ridiculous!! excellent value for money for a good quality hotel in a central location.
good and polite staff and security.
all services were as advertised with no extras or surprises at checkout bill time !
Travel tip : dotn even think of using the inhouse internet, it costs half the hotel day rate !!!use an internet cafe, many within 100 mtrs.

Good location, walking distance to most shopping mall. Lack of King/Queen size bed. Hotel location is good in central Pattaya. Front is the beach and the back are shopping malls to the right and left of the hotel. Lots of eating places within easy reach. Room is good if you book sea-view and if you can get a king or queen size bed. Breakfast is till 11am which is excellant.
Shopping Tip : Easy walking to shopping malls on the left or right side of the hotel.

Cozy and relaxing environment. Nice and friendly staff who is able to understand English. Location wise is good. The massage pavillon may need some improvement...seem a bit open.Should provide for man massage as well Nice & Friendly staffs,most of them able to command in English. Location wise is close to the beach and central festival and also other shopping malls.
Shopping Tip : Close to Central festival on the right of the back of the hotel, on the left are those Mike shopping mall, Royal Garden and walking street

Location is great with the gardens and the two swimming pools being very tranquil, yet it is only moments away from the beach and bars. The hotel foyer is just a nice place to be. Staff were excellent. The bathroom was small and dated as was some of the bedroom decor- almost time for an update. Internet charges are astoundingly high! If you want to use your computer a lot, avoid this hotel. Not a modern hotel, but the established gardens and foyer make up for this. If you plan on spending all your time in your room, go to a more modern hotel at the North end. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel- I will stay again.

The Venue was amazing..Nice food, service was good Service, Few of the staff were not at all friendly, Should keep sum nice dishes for breakfast..The bathrooms were too bad as compared to a 4 star hotel... Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Shopping,Hotel, Restaurants..

Hotel is centrally located in Pattaya between 1st beach road and 2nd beach road. Friendly staff, basic admenities i.e. pool, restaurants etc. You are paying for 3-4 star hotel and that is about what you receive. Easy to catch public transportation around Pattaya. No major issues with room except small bathroom. Older hotel but well maintained. Hotel was booked through Agoda, no issues with check-in or check out.

Nice Pool.
Great staff and service. The hotel needs more trash cans out in the pool area. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere. I like to open in front and back of the hotel so it is easy to get to the main street in the front and the beach in the back. Shopping and stores are conveniently located near the hotel. There is several nice restaurants in the hotel and near the hotel. Serveral malls are just blocks away. It is far enough away from the main traffic so it is quiet and peaceful at the hotel. The rooms are nice with city and beach views. I will stay there again if I go back to Pattaya. I hope to got to Pochka nice trip and hope they have a sister hotel there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You must see the Tiffany Show were there. The hotel travel and attraction staff can arrange transportation and seats right from the hotel.

Very Good location for Pattaya City and delicious breakfast We used Agoda Reward for staying in this Hotel which was a right decision comparing with the quality of the hotel. We paid only a few hundred baht to get a very convenient location and good service. The hotel's located in the middle of Pattaya city, just a few minutes walk to Central Festival, Royal Garden and other shopping and dining places. The beach is just a back of the hotel. Moreover, we really loved their breakfast. Actually, it's not very variety but the selections are excellent for us comparing with other 4-star hotels. They also provide self- select of fruit frappe which's awesome.

Hotel is good and clean and it has the best position in All of the Pattaya. Hotel Air condition is no good it smels.
On the same floor thay have rooms for smoking people. Not good.
Rest of the hotel is fine.
Victor Lomas Hotel is in the best place in all of the Pattaya.
It is next to the Shopping Mall.
Right on the Beach. It is a good hotel but the Air condition was not good it had some problems for it smels on smoke and carprt in the hall ways needs to be replaced for it smels on Mould.
It is not the best Air I had to open the Door to the Balcony to have a good night rest.
I have asked for another room and it was better.
I will stay again in the Hotel but I will need a good room on the floor where it does not smell on smoke and Mold.

It will be a good choice in Pattaya in End of August, if I do not make a mistake, it is the low season of Pattaya, so special deal is very attactive in price, breakfast included. so nice stay there

Lovely open lobby. Great pool(s).
Nice rooms. Good value. A wee bit pricey on extras. The Siam Bayview is the place to stay for first time Pattaya visitors. It is central, right on the beach and has a lovely 'Thai' style exemplified by the wonderful large open lobby.
Good clean rooms, nice staff, always a pleasure to stay there.
Nightlife Tip : You can walk to most places from the front or rear of the hotel.

Excellent position, close to many facilities, beach-view. Soon after we reached the front hotel, as we came from Bangkok int'l airport the hotel seemed to be the pearl to me and my wife, as first approach to Thailand. We were greeted by the hotel's staff and received as two VIPs. Well mannered personnel, always willing to show their courtesy and ready to answer and fulfill the information or requests we asked them. Clean hotel, fantastic sea-view room, excellent services and amenities including the swimming pool makes the Siam Bayview Hotel one of the best choice in Pattaya and, should we return back to Pattaya, it will be our first choice with no hesitation. We will remember the hotel for years and publicly wish to express our thanks to the hotel's staff for making our holiday a wonderful stay.
Shopping Tip : Close to shopping streets as well as important shopping centers. The nearby Walking Street is just few minutes away by foot or very easy to reach by baht bus.

The hotel is situated in the center of Pattaya so it is easy to travel around. The view from my room (seaview room)was fantastic: especially when the sun was setting. None really but the bathroom was in the small size - it was adequate but not spacious. I went down to Pattaya for a few days to do some diving and wanted a hotel that was comfortable and was not "sleazy" The Siam Bayview was perfect for this. The rooms were of spacious (but not the bathroom!)comfortable, light and airy. The food was well cooked; but as in most cases if you want cheap and good food - go on to the streets. The service was of a high standard. Overall, this is a place where I would come again.
