Enormous suite with two balconies over looking the beach less than a block away. For approximately 100 usd it was a bargain. Great pool with beautiful view.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always had a great time the staff are always smiling , the hotel is not that big but has got all the facility's you would need for a pleasant stay in pattaya, with easy access to beach and all local attractions, good hotel for couples our single travelers
Restaurant Tip:
If you like seafood Mr 99 restaurant on beach road just before soi 7 is a great place to get a seafood meal serving fresh fish prawns and lobster, the also do great meat dishes as well, good quality food always

This Hotel is ideally situated for the beach. The staff are very friendly and willing to help and cater for your needs . the Hotel rooms are large and clean.

restaurant Mr99 is within walking distance excellent food and good value for money.

Hotel is clean on a quiet street. We had a nice view on the ocean. We took a suit but need to be decorated because the ambiance was cold. The phone did not work and the internet is extremly slow.

Location is great, few meters from all the happenings on beach road.

Rooms are good size, but not enough drawers and cupboard space for people who travel with heavy luggage...
All the facilities are minutes away .. It is great hotel.. We will certainly go back.

One of my 'go to' Pattaya hotels
Easy access to Beach Road, yet quiet and away from the morass

I've stayed at this property maybe a half-dozen times over the last year, and Summer Spring is now one of my 'go to' Pattaya hotels.
A marvel of consistency ... great location, just off the prime pitch and proximate to entertainment, dining, shopping, beach.
The property is accurately represented in photos on their web site ... new, contemporary, professionally furnished, clean and well maintained.
Roof-top pool has a panoramic view over the gulf, and is a treat for relaxing. Only gulf-facing rooms at level 6 and above have a sea view, and all rooms facing the sides of the hoetl face into adjoining high-rise hotels (a distinctly' urban' feel).
Front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained, queued and responsive on every request I've made.
At this price point, Summer Spring is very much a 'good value' hotel, but only because it's location is not prime pitch (a modest inconvenience and reasonable compromise). Not a best place for travellers who stay in their rooms all day, due to a lack of views, and a modest lobby and cafe (fairly standard in most boutiques).
I will stay there again, and do recommend it.
