Had cockroaches in super deluxe room.
Staff wanted to charge for a half empty soda bottle which was not consumed by me. Was rude and impolite.
For anybody staying in the hotel, pl make inventory of items in the refrigerator, or else be prepared for a horrendous experience with staff.
Booking online costs much more than if you reach hotel without reservation even during peak season.
And be prepared to shell out 75 baht if you've forgotten your toothbrush !
P.S. Almost forgot free breakfast has nothing for vegetarians. Nothing at all. SKIP IT

The overall was good. I would just point that the breakfast was not well as described but acceptable. Had a good stay.

The hotel has a policy of charging extra (THB800) for "Joiners", ie. additional people sharing the room for a few hours. This is applied even if a double occupancy room has been booked and paid for. That was bad, but worse was the attitude of the night management in discussing this situation - very terse and abrupt.
That was in comparison to the really helpful day time staff

Stayed in a room with an excellent view, woke up to breakfast which wasn't the best, but overall enjoyable stay.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a small little bar offering the cheapest drinks in Thailand about midway on Walking Street. You can't miss it. It's got a white little front and there's girls holding signs. Next to an alleyway and a strip club. Also a pool table behind the bar.

a newly refurbished hotel on the edge of walking street in the infamous pattaya. far enough to not get distracted by the noise and close enough to walk to walking street within 5 minutes. this is a great place to stay for families or travellers looking to explore the pattaya nighlife. great staff and an amazing gala dinner on new years eve. my hotel always everytime i go to pattaya

Good location but dirty room

The room with smoking smelly. There is no non smoking room. Have few small cockroach around the room and also the bed is bad coz have something bitten.
