the rooms could do with decorating and modern furniture
I thought the hotel was clean and well maintained the staff was friendly and courteous the room service was good and room was cleaned to a good standard the breakfast meal was ample and had a varied selection there was no problem in bringing back guests, the swimming pool was nice and the garden was lovely.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Its ideally located for the above and restaurants

Rooms are a little dated but very good for the price
Overall a great place to stay for the money. Located at the quiet end of town (by the Dolphin roundabout), however access to the main part of town was easy via the baht buses. Wouldn't recommend for a romantic honeymoon, but certainly excellent value for money and I'd have no hesitation staying here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Remember the baht buses only charge 10 baht per person.
