fair hotel but unfair bungalow Guest Rating: 3.0

we booked 2 bungalows, one bathroom has too many small insects. Because we came back to the hotel too late, we 4 people shred one bathroom on the first night. Then we asked for a change to another room next day, and were advised no bungalow is available, therefore, change to other room type, i don't know it's upgrated or down grated. anyway it's ok. It disappointed us that: on the 2nd night, we asked front desk to call a taxi and to tell the driver we want to go where, we expected the staffs will translated to the driver, but they didn't. we gave the guide book to the driver and told him we wanted to go to the restaurant, where is not far away, near by area at north pattaya. He asked us 300Baht, then 200Baht, finally 100Baht. later then, they drove us to the royal garden plaza and said there is we wanted to go. My God!!

The restaurant is too small for guests go there for breakfast at the same time. we could not had seats on the first day,just standed there with no help, So embarrassed. !! We had changed another rooms on the 2nd day, the bell boy help us transfer the luggages which is so cool. but we still gave him tips.

An ideal location on a busy crosspoint, not far from the beach and very quiet inside but easy to reach to the important places of Pattaya. Very gentle and helpfull staff (they even came in my room to make me wake up when I was going to miss my taxi to the airport)

The hotel is recommended for mid-age couple with kids. The place is peaceful and convenient to go downtown and convenient to go mini Siam and Gem shops. Staff is kind.

The location was quiet and had a lot of plants and trees which made the setting very nice.

• Nightlife Tip : It is a 30 minute walk to the "Walking Street" area which has a lot of activity going on.

• Shopping Tip : Best supermarket located nearby and guests can buy almost everything at here. Money exchange also locates near by.
