Good location. Close to shopping but away from hustle & bustle of Walking St. Nice swimming pool.

Room did not have bathtub.

The hotel was located close to the Big C shopping centre and all other amenities like money exchange, taxis, travel agents, etc were close by. Rooms were adequate and the swimming pool was good. You are far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Pattaya main beach road & Walking St.

Shopping Tip : Big C shopping centre has all the shops you would require and is 10 mins walk away.

Small enough to offer that personal service, good food and friendly staff

None

It was the second time that my wife and I stayed at the Sunshine garden hotel. We hope to return to Thailand again this year and will certainly stay at the Sunshine garden again. All the staff are so pleasant and seem to enjoy their work. Anyone who enjoys what they do offer a better service. We were more than happy with our stay.

Good location. Close to shopping & other amenities.

No bathtub in room.

It was my first visit to this hotel and I was pretty satisfied. It was good value for money when booked thru agoda(it actually cost more when I booked an extra night directly with the hotel reception). Location is good and money exchange, taxis, travel agents, etc are all close by. Big C shopping centre is 10 mins walk away.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Book a trip to koh samet thru one of the travel agents close by. It is well worth it.

Nice common area. Great staff

Rooms are older and could use some paint. Pool water was very warm. Not good for relaxing.

Great place for the price. The food was excellent and the staff always wanted to help you the best that they could. Rooms were older and could use a new coat of paint to make them look better. There is no elevator so if you stay on the upper floors you will have to take the stairs. The pool water was warm. I like a cool pool when the weather is hot.

Quiet in the heart of pattaya with excellent staff and breakfast.

Could use some updating in regards to rooms

Arrived late but check in was smooth. Check in area is nice but rooms need some work. Was clean with no elevator on top floor.. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. Just ignore the old men with young thai girls and all will be fine.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go see the new wooden temple Wat Pasa sata tam(spelling) Nice place to go for photos as well Buddha on the Mountain.

a truly excellent hotel comprising of rooms and bungalows built on a tropical setting

the truth is, there are NONE

stayed in one of the bungalows, had a truly wonderful time, very friendly staff and shared a lot of laughs with the cleaners. the hotel is set upon a tropical surrounding which gives the guest a true visual experience of thailand. cannot fault the hotel anywhere and the rooms are absolutely fantastic. will stay there every time i visit pattaya.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : located perfectly with a short ride away from all the action

Qiuteness, gardens , large swimming pool, reasonable rates and geral space of rooms.

Rooms could be a little better decorated, a little away from the centre itself.

It comes as a surprise to come off the busy street into a peaceful and tranquil garden area dominated by a large swimming pool and lush vegetation. The rooms are in low rise buildings and the whole affect appears to cut off the hustle and bustle of life outside. It feels very much like a resort destination and yet it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The rooms are large and well serviced but could do with just a little updating. There is an excellent breakfast included and an all day restaurant that provides good food at a reasonable price. For those who like their holiday a little quiter but still want access to the 'scene' and don't want to pay a fortune this hotel is ideal.

Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you take a map of where the hotel is as there are many similar named hotels in the area.

Clean, good value, location, friendly helpfull staff.

This was our forth time in Pattaya so we knew the area well. The north is an ideal location, not as loud as the walking street/south part of pattaya but only 10bht on bahtbus ride away. The hotel is in the perfect spot, close to Big C shopping centre and right on the Bahtbus route. The Hotel is clean and very good value for money as long as you are not expecting 5star luxury.

Location is good, central, yet quiet.

Not enough lounge chairs around pool, pool is very deep and has a small shallow end, although there is also a kids pool for small children.

Overall the hotel is adequate, but overpriced. The staff were friendly, and this was a relatively quiet area, especially for Pattaya. The bungalows were large however they lacked character as they were all decorated in shades of white and wood, a little splash of color or some art on the walls would have been nice.

Travel tip : Great access to taxis right outside the hotel entrance which provides for easy booking back to Bangkok.

Nice pool, friendly staff, good food in restaurant.

None

The resort is located in North Pattaya which is somewhat isolated from the craziness of Central and South Pattaya. Public transportation is always available just a few feet away from the resort entrance. The resort is quite big with a nice pool in the centre. We had a bungalow in the back area which was very nice, surrounded by much greenery. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. We ate many meals at the resort restaurant, including breakfasts, and found the food to be of good quality and quantity. Based on our personal experience, we certainly recommend the resort for a pleasant stay in Pattaya.

Shopping Tip : Big C shopping mall is very close to the resort.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. Excellent Thai and international breakfast.

Small choice of snacks in room. Lights in bathroom too weak.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunshine Garden Hotel Pattaya very much because it is situated ideally nearby shopping centers, typical Thai markets and a familiar nightlife. It's also at walking distance from the beach and the long promenade near the seaside. Cheap taxis bring you everywhere you want to go in Pattaya.
